Easy to order and at a good price, Fan was as described, delivered promptly with email and sms advisories. The Duux fan is suburb and a perfect fan for bedrooms as it oscillates both horizontally and vertically with multiple fan speeds and is near silent.

I purchased a pressure washer from this company for a Christmas present from my wife to myself. I checked the box on delivery and all looked great . Went to use it a few weeks ago as weather changed to find it did not even work at all .
I contacted them and they eventually sent out a replacement that looked like it was a pile of junk .
I contacted them for a replacement and they did not want to know .
They would not do nothing about it. Terrible customer service and now I am stuck with a pile of junk .

We're disappointed by this review, especially given the full context. The item was purchased in November 2024 and reported as faulty in March 2025 — over three months later. Despite this, we honoured our warranty and sent a like-for-like replacement, clearly marked as B-grade, in line with the original listing.
We responded promptly at every stage and continued to offer support. When the matter was escalated through your bank, the chargeback was reviewed and resolved in our favour — confirming that we had acted fairly and within policy. The replacement item remains under warranty, and we’re still available should you wish to resolve things properly.

Steamer… Updated Review
I bought a steamer for my mum for mother's day. The steamer came broken, I emailed GED explaining the situation and they were fantastic in resolving the issue which resulted sending out another steamer. I have tried the steamer before gifting it back to my mother. Everything is in working order as should be.

To clarify, we are not part of Argos, though they do sell McGregor lawnmowers. It looks like your purchase was made directly through us, but we’ve checked and haven’t received any email from you yet.
We’re definitely not avoiding contact — we simply prefer email so there’s a clear record of any communication.

Seller refusing to pay for return postage on a faulty item despite it being within the 6 month window under the Consumer Rights Act.
Update: seller continued to refute my consumer rights (expecting me to pay for postage on a faulty item under 6 months old), contacted my bank and got a refund.

A full refund has now been issued following a dispute raised with your bank. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t returned within a reasonable timeframe after we first offered a free return, and we were unable to find a compromise before the dispute was escalated.
As a refund has been processed in full, we look forward to receiving the item back to close this off properly.

I got it wrong. But they made it right.
Due to misunderstanding on my part and the perceived lack of engagement with GED Outlet. I was thinking they're customer satisfaction was dreadful.
Once I had started a dialogue with Naidine I realised how wrong I was. My unanswered emails were going to the wrong address.
Instantly Naidine sorted everything out. Efficiently and professionally.
GED Outlet actually have excellent customer service and the guarantees they make on their website are genuine!
