They charge you for services that did…
They charge you for services that did not work. Which is illegal in most countries especially in the Philippines. They have the gall to bill when they know their service doesn't work reliably. This company should already close down. What a joke.
Just wanted to share my recent experience with this Globe Nuvali Branch
I applied for a postpaid plan around the 2nd week of December. The plan 799 SHOULD include few GB of data per month, and unli calls and unli texts.
The data was not added to begin with, they suggested for "Realignment" or if "Realignment" would not work, they mentioned to upgrade my plan from 799 to 999, because they allegedly fixed the same issue back then with the "upgrade". I asked if they could fix and retain my plan to be 799 but they mentioned that it is a backend issue. I went to the Globe Nuvali branch multiple times and their manager is allegedly sick for most of December at least that was I was informed.
I don't really buy this "backend issue" that they're pushing to me. Because to my understanding, the backend issue is if there is data tagged on my account and then I'm not able to use the data. Because there is allocated data but I'm unable to use it. To my understanding, that is "backend issue".
Around the first week of January, luckily, I know someone from a different Globe branch and they showed me that my account didn't have any data tagged on the backend, and that the branch who could fix this is the branch where I applied the postpaid plan, in this case Globe Nuvali branch. I ended up buying a new sim card from this branch out of frustration and decided to cancel my recently applied postpaid plan as well as the number. This was requested a month ago upon the writing of this email.
I decided to cancel the plan and this number. This is my personal number for more than a decade now. And out of frustration this Globe Nuvali branch is nothing but helpless. Saying they would waive the fees because I wasn't able to use it because they are aware that I didn't have the data to begin with. I ended up paying the fees today because they said "They can't waive fees and only the main branch of Globe can do that".
Imagine how useless your branch can be and even at the last attempt of service which is termination you're still causing trouble to the customer.

This is a update of my nightmare of a journey with this Company GLOBE TELECOM. How long is this update going to be.
But if you are thinking of joining think not once or twice at least 3 times. But me saying that PLDT are just as bad.
When it's working your landline and internet it's OK. But if you have a problem other than a reboot. You may be in the long haul.
I had set up a complaint.Because there were things that are on my file that are very concerning some of call center staff say1 They won't come to the house as I get angry cross yes I tell them if they eventually term up after 3 or 4 days of cancelling so called appointment that has been moved to next day for Upto to 4 days and say that very poor getting cross . This has been going on since the begining of October 2025 internet not working or both the landline not working or intermittent. Now I think you be cross. If the technician arrives there is always 2 anyway so where are they scared!!
2 They say at the call Centre I been barrier that's absolutely nonsense. Why would I stop them to enter the property . If I want my landline or internet or sometimes both why would I do that.
3 They can't find the house so if that the case why don't they phone us or go back to basics and ask . Or we came but nobody in. Nonsense why if I have a appointment I say in (keeping my phone lines open) and don't forget all the missed appointments that globe miss. Another excise We have no Contact phone numbers. So if that was the case how is customers able to receive the job number and reminders. So that blows that excuse out of the water. Surely they must be running out by now.
That brings me nicely to the call Center . They are programmed to answer basic questions and the times they say sorry or we understand. And it's impossible to hat a supervisor or Manager to phone you.
Now if you have had a job number from shall we say five days and all those days been cancelled. That number has been closed so I think they do that so they don't have jobs not fixed. So the manager only sees job closed not outstanding!!
Once the agent must of been switched on more than others. She told me that we don't hold any phone contact numbers or alternative phone number. I said how can you say that I checked with that agent and asked what contact numbers have you got. So yes last week you had them but now you are saying you got no numbers. So I gave her the numbers Again. ???!!!!
Now on the NTC I have sent them three or four messages to Globe going them 5 days to respond. Globe haven't been in touch with them not as far as I'm aware. Also I definitely haven't heard from them. Now that is unexceptionable for the size of GLOBE in the Philippines (Thankfully)not replying to a Philippines Government Department I would of thought that is unexceptionable. In over a month!!
So this is nearly to the end
Account for my update but i disputed a small amount of 50 Pesos why because I had other things on my mind like the typhoon TINO damage to house and 3 ft of mud and water inside the house oh and the car had water up to dashboard. So yes I was latein paying bill Then I disbuted that .
Also for two months customer service gave me 50%off bill due to no confirmation on phone internet both,or one or other.
But the third time they wouldn't so agent said no I give you 512p you have to pay reming bill or you will be disconnected and then filled up with a message email. I tried to explain and told her about the things happening and Christmas with no phone or internet. But nothing. So I had to pay as at the time I had to send so much documents etc to Insurance company's. If Globe remark on this it would be a first.

I loaded the phone . Had a balance of 30 peso and my balance expired on the same day i loaded the phone.

It's fine on the outside. I mean literally, 4g outdoors and then suddenly the data disappears once you get inside an establishment. I have to get outside to literally use my data.

They have made it nearly impossible to speak to someone over the phone. It's riddled with bots and dead ends, so you can look forward to going to a packed shop for any minor problem, taking a ticket and waiting for hours to ultimately receive sub-standard customer service.

If only I could give them 0 or Zero stars I will give it, I am a balikbayan and had purchased a esim from Globe at first when I registered for Goplus99 it was good until it expires and needs to renew again for another week. I had loaded 200 pesos and registered for the same promo and it always go to non sufficient load. I chatted for the customer service and investigated what happened to those load they had told me that I had a loan from Globe, Pardon me?! Pautang? What?! Anong nangyari I didnt even call or texted somebody then kinain lng ang load ko.. kaya kayo dyan na gustong mag Globe network I discourage you! Palpak ang customer service wala kang matinong kausap sa kanila. In the end pag wala na silang maisagot ay may utang ka pala! Kaya Globe kung binabasa mo ito ngaun ang review just to let you know hindi pinupulot ang mga pera na yan pinagpaguran yan. Eto pla ang worst na experience ko sa company na ito..

Unreliable internet Service and Poor Customer Service
We've been having issues with our Globe fiber internet connection. Issue keeps happening with no proper resolution provided. Chat support takes ages to respond. They make you wait for a very long time (could take hours) in the queue but are very quick to disconnect when you don't respond for just a few minutes. I even had several occasions when they disconnected the chat even if my questions are still not answered.
NO HELP
Globe is quick to take your money before even properly verifying your account, which is extremely frustrating. As a foreigner, getting an eSIM is unnecessarily difficult, with vague requirements and no clear guidance upfront. If you don’t meet those requirements, too bad they already have your money.
Customer service is terrible. Representatives are unhelpful, give scripted responses, and don’t actually resolve anything. Instead of assisting, they pass you around or repeat the same useless information. There is zero accountability and no real support for foreign customers.
Overall, the process feels poorly designed, unfriendly to foreigners, and borderline predatory. I would not recommend Globe to anyone who values transparency or competent customer service.

Bad connection, on/off internet, and even worse customer service. I had issues and then issues on my issues. In a country full of call centres, I couldn’t get a human customer service person at all I tried in store several times, equally useless and wasted so much time. Never again

Dear globe ang mahal ng load ninyo at nag dududa narin ako sa binibigay nyong promo . Nagpapaload ako palagi ng 100 pesos hindi pa ako naka panood ng video mag tetext na kayo na 500 mb nalang natira sa GB ko .
Ayusin ninyo dahil mas worth it pa ang TNT na load baka palitan ko kayo.

Internet in my resort dropped, 3 weeks for a technician to show up after twice not showing up. I changed supplier in the mean time but still need to pay the bill. Horrible service, stay away from this company. No customers care!!!

The technicians was able to locate our address and was able to identify the reason why the internet got lost but instead of fixing it, they keep on saying they will come back the next day to fix it but up until now the ticket created keeps on being rescheduled.

five days of garbage service, zero solutions, and pure incompetence.
We’ve scheduled a technician THREE TIMES.
Guess how many showed up?
ZERO.
Not one. Not even a courtesy call. Nothing. Absolutely pathetic.
We even dragged ourselves to your Abreeza Mall Davao office TWICE, wasting our time just so someone OR ANYONE could fix this.
And guess what? The issue is still here, still unresolved, still ignored. Incredible.
What the hell are your tech people even doing? Twiddling their thumbs? Sleeping? Because clearly they’re not fixing anything
What is the point of us submitting tickets if your team can’t even be bothered to show up? You acknowledge them and then do nothing. Useless.
