Approximate delivery day slightly delayed but Go Electrical phoned me , explained why and apologised.
This was not a problem as delivery date was not an issue for me. New date to suit me was agreed and delivery received on time.

I had researched the make, model and price range for my new Sebo hoover extensively for the new carpet. Go-Electrical was not only the cheapest, but the reviews were all sooooooo positive. The model I ordered was out of stock - I had a speedy email to explain and the kind offer of a free upgrade and the llink for me to check whether it suited. Amazing service then speedy delivery. It was a simple assembly but I'd not quite correctly positioned the handle - when I called for advice I was promptly advised to call Sebo who picked up immediatley and talked me through the small adjustment needed over the phone. Who could ask for more? I wish all shopping were like this. Thanks team.

Treated myself to a Sebo hoover…. Much cheaper on Go Electrical than on the usual well known sites and was offered cash back from a cash back site I use. A no brainier really. My hoover was delivered the next day. Would recommend and I saved myself over £100! Great service - thank you

First class product, first class service, I ordered a Sebo X7 as a replacement for my old X4 the new machine arrived within 3 days my only complaint was that the delivery company never advised me when it was coming, however I was at home when they came.
