I had to order a new vac - I needed fast delivery, but also wanted good value. The Shark I ordered was £70 cheaper with Go-Electrical than I could find elsewhere. Delivery took a couple of working days which was fine. Altogether very happy.

I have just received delivery of a SEBO vacuum cleaner. The price was very competitive, in stock and delivered within 24 hours by Parcelforce. I sent a query to customer services about the item before ordering and received a very helpful immediate reply from Kelsey. After ordering I checked if the item would be delivered next day and Kelsey responded immediately and said it would be. It arrived before 9.30am. A fantastic service from Go-Electrical and the customer service from Kelsey is outstanding.

I contacted Go Electrical prior to my purchase by phone and the first person i spoke to who answered the phone promptly, had a very good knowledge of the product i wished to purchase, (a portable AC unit by Delonghi). He gave me the advice i needed to make a decision. I then ordered the AC unit on line and managed to save on the purchase as a price increase had not been added to the AC unit as they had existing stock. The AC unit was delivered by Fed EX within 48hrs and I am very satisfied with the AC unit although have not had a chance to use it as the weather is not hot enough to warrant high usage.
Would recommend Go Electrical to anyone, they are an electrical retailer based in the North East of UK. (Brilliant)
