Great item. Communication was fantastic and refunded delivery for a Saturday as the carrier delayed collection, however still got item on time.

I was lucky enough to win a £250 voucher for Gold Arts Jewellers. I liaised with Laura who was so helpful. The earrings I was looking at were in the Brighton store and Laura got them in prompt time and posted them Special Delivery. They arrived beautifully wrapped. Wothing Gold Arts. All I needed was a watch strap altered but the service was fantastic. I had to return two weeks later as I decided the watch bracelet was a fraction tight. It was altered instantly and fitted perfectly. Great service, they will always be my first stop now should I need anything "jewellery/watch" stuff. Who said service was rare well not here!! thank you.

I have recently had to have my wedding ring enlarged by 2 sizes. The process was explained to me and the price clearly explained. The gold ring was cut, extended and polished like new. In the words of Morecambe and Wise "you can't see the join". Wonderful Goldsmithery, great attention to detail. Thank you Gold Arts Eastbourne.

I was greeted by both Kim and Michelle who were a pleasure to deal with. They were very polite, helpful and professional. Glen (the goldsmith) did a wonderful job repairing an piece of Jewellery for me. I would like to give Kim and Michelle a big thank you for their help. I've always been greeted with the most friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. I had my wife's engagement ring resized for fitting a while ago, and on todays visit, I had my late father's engagement ring resized, polished and replated. My father's ring looks absolutely outstanding, was completed within a couple of hours, and I couldn't be happier.

I came in based off a recommendation from a different jewellery place. Was served by Jed, Michelle and Emma they helped me with a ring that wasn’t from the store. It had more sentimental value than anything. Jed used a really cool laser to fix it which was hard to find as I spoke to many other places who said they couldn’t help.
