bought and paid for items on February 25th
Nothing delivered and no reply from customer service after 4 emails. Don't do business with Golfstore Europe is my advice

hello everyone, i place an Order at 19 February 2015, since that day i sent several emails to costumer service and even try to phone call to their company and none of those services are working... i think i posted 50€ in this situation because they don't even bother to inform costumers that their company is closed(assuming the other post I've read before here), so how can this is possible if a company is closed how can they still get their site working and receiving payments... this is not legal. and im here so i can ask for my refund and end this process. thanks for someone who can help me out with this.

Fast service. Only disappointment is lack of reply to email re £10 voucher I could not use at the checkout. Still no reply even as of today!

Bad costumer service. Don't reply on email, I don't known if I will receive my purchase at all.
If I buy my stuff somewhere else, I might end up with too..

I bought a golf bag,it was very good value and a quick delivery. There was a problem with the address shown but I couldnt get hold of anyone to explain. I was concerned about adverse comments regarding delays and lack of communication.
Had it not been for that problem this was easily a 5 star transaction and it should be said that the product and delivery were as agreed.

Excellent company all round, I use them for almost all my golf gear.
As for the grips have been using them for years and although I've tried others from wraps to chords the tour velvet offer the best feel and lasting tackiness of any grip. Only grip I would recommend

My only concern is if a item one has ordered is out of stock kindly advise in time instead of the customer waiting for the rest of the items, this delays time and needs

I ordered a 11 wood hot x2 and received a 11 wood hot x emailed the company 3 days ago and have not heard from them at all not very happy

Never received all items I ordered and was charged for the item I did not receive..
Email golf store Europe to notify them of what had happened, still waiting for a reply three days later...

Purchased goods on line then had email
Asking for bank ref code !! This was a worry as the phone line did not answer but found a web site contact direct to shop they helped and explained due to change of address ie work this was why !! Stress full until then as I had paid in full but goods arrived and happy with product

Excellent product, delivered very quickly and got an unexpected additional discount at check out.

My clubs were stolen during transportation, and it has been impossible to get any reply from the customer service. I have no idea if they have started to produce new custom fitted clubs or not. It is simply impossible to reach them. Money has been withdrawn from my credit card, and I have no idea if/when I will get my clubs.

I have bought things from them before, and then everything was ok, but this is unacceptable

Had an awful customer experience with golf store Europe. Placed an order during the 15% sale , was contacted a week and a half later to say there would be another 4 week delay on my order. I then asked to change my order to include different items but my order came to the same value €732. Took nearly another week to respond at which time they gave me a voucher code but the sale had now ended so I lost out on a pair of trousers, umbrella and glove I could have availed of if they were any way responsive to customers e-mails (they have no number to call and won't call when u ask). I then sent 7-10 emails including screenshots of the order I could have availed of for €732 during the 15% discount which was on when I placed my orders. They keep responding with a £13 voucher code even though I keep providing proof of the order I should have been able to buy for €732. They don't reply to mails for 3 or 4 days and won't respond when asked for a simple two minute phone call from a customer service rep. Awful experience and I will not be back
