I'm not very impressed with the quality of this for a product that I've paid over £100 for. It feels very flimsy and like it's going to snap when I put it over my wrist.

We're so sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your Clogau bracelet and are more than happy to exchange this for you, or issue a refund. Please submit the return or exchange request via our online portal when you will also be able to obtain a postage label to return the bracelet to us.
Whilst many of the Clogau bracelets we stock are similar to your original purchase, we also stock a range of Clogau bracelets & bangles that are a little chunkier and may feel more sturdy. If you would prefer something of a similar style, however, we are more than happy to discuss alternative brands with you to find something more suitable.

We're really sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with our returns service, and for any inconvenience caused.
As per our email exchange, whilst we aim to make our returns process as straightforward as possible by allowing customers to generate a returns label/QR code via the portal to drop off at their local Post Office/post box, sadly, this does not currently include collection of the parcel from our customer's home address.
We can confirm that we have now received your returned item and have issued your refund.

Delivery came within one day, even with personalised inscription. I bought two separate items a gold and a silver pendant with chain, both beautifully made,good amount of sterling silver and good quality over all, very impressive! 👏
