Be warned: here's what they don't tell you
As the staff don't tell you this, be warned:
1. They don't give refunds, just store credit which can't be used online.
2. The deadline for using the credit note is calculated to the minute, not by the day. This policy was used to justify not accepting my £128 credit note. They said it had expired at 12.45pm on the day I visited the Corby store.
There's a word for such behaviour. I've spent a lot of money buying Christmas and other gifts here. But I won't do so again.

Excellent Quality & Service
Bought a few of the Nominations items from them now. Always been really good quality. Also had to get in touch with them and I can honestly say, their customer service is very very good. Solved the problem within an hour or so and had it delivered the next day.

Absolutely garbage
Absolutely garbage, my daughter had her pearl name plate necklace on for less than 20 minutes when it broke beyond repair.
The other name plate was made with a lower case letters.
