I found exactly what I was looking for and there is a great range in the nominations collection. The order was for a gift and the fast delivery meant this could happen and my friend was delighted with her bracelet. I will use for all future purchases!

I haven’t received what I ordered and the communication about this order was good initially but then extremely poor because I haven’t had a further response. I am editing this post because I have now received the order and I am pleased with the product.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a charm for my daughter’s 21st birthday and paid the highest delivery rate for next day delivery. It didn’t come when it was supposed to and I had to give it to her late. I emailed and requested a full refund of the delivery charge as it didn’t come when it was supposed to and I never received a reply. Terrible customer service.

I was impressed and pleased with the whole experience. It was hard taking some ashes to send, but such a relief when everything was returned. I would say that the expense was on the high side, I asked for my charm to be engraved which was extra, other sites I have since found include this in the cost.
