Didn't Buy but great service. Nothing was to much trouble. Told them I was getting a car though work and just wanted to have a look and this was fine. Other dealers when I told them this wouldn't even open the car for me.

I dread having my car serviced by this outfit but the geography gives me few options. Two years ago they had my car for a service and it was handed back to me uncleaned and covered in bird lime. That burnt my paint and Nobody seemed bothered. Today I’ve picked my car up and despite paying £500 for a major service again not cleaned. I complained and got a £10 refund. The staff are miserable and nobody seems to care about brand loyalty. It’s a shame because my Swift Sport is fabulous. Frustrated to say the least.

Fantastic experience with Richard. I came to view a car with my dad. Richard was not pushy at all, he was very approachable, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed plenty of time for a test drive. I was given a good price for part exchanging my car too. Richard made the whole process very straightforward, explained all the steps of purchasing a new car. When I picked up the car, it was in immaculate condition, all the promises had been followed through. Despite a small issue with the finance company, this was straightened out and Richard helped me through the whole process so that I could collect my car stress-free once it was all sorted.
Can’t thank them enough for their high level of service.

We booked a test dive on a used vehicle on the Monday for Wednesday morning. We had tried to book one on the previous Saturday but, arriving at 1.20 pm there was a closed sign on the used sales office and no one about. We arrived a little early on the Wednesday and we were ushered over to the new cars sales area. After waiting for quite some time. It was explained that the people we had seen in the used car office had just completed on buying the car. Waste of time and had to make up the lost time from work. Everyone we spoke was friendly and welcoming, but they could have called us to warn us. We had to walk there and back for no reason in the end.

I recently bought a 2022 Suzuki Across from Halesowen Motorhouse and overall had a very positive experience.

Andrew Lowe was excellent throughout the whole process. Communication was great from start to finish, and he was honest, friendly, and refreshingly straightforward with no sales nonsense. The car was exactly as described and presented in great condition. There was also an issue with the charging cable which was sorted out quickly and without any hassle.

I was also pleasantly surprised with the part-exchange value offered for my old car, which was significantly better than most other dealers I had approached.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the EMaC tyre and wheel insurance that I was sold turned out to be very poor and disappointing. That said, this doesn't take away from the excellent service I received from Andrew and the team at Halesowen Motorhouse.

I would happily recommend Halesowen Motorhouse to anyone looking for a straightforward and professional car-buying experience.

Very very poor customer service shocking can't never get them on the phone and when you do speak to someone and leave a message for a call back it never happens would not recommend to any one

problem occurred with my leased jaecoo7, went to Halesowen Motorhouse for jaecoo recall, supposedly done, although received no paperwork, and pointed out problem to be repaired, 6 weeks later still no answer to emails or telephone calls, communication abhorrent, do not use , avoid

If i could give no stars I would shocking after sales and very shocking customer care
Brought a brand new car September 2025 it has been back to the garage several times with main issue was total loss of power the service department had the for 10 days and could not find any fault 2 days after getting car back again loss of power jaecoo 7 total death trap and after sales could give a dam once they had sold the car would not recommend this garage !!!

We collected our new car yesterday from Halesowen motor house, our salesmen was ‘Dave’
I can’t say I was impressed with his customer service skills or professionalism.

Not only did we have to wait over an hour from our appointment time to collect the new car.. the car when it was presented to us was not to the standard it should have been!

Smeared marked windows, stickers and sticker residue left on the alloys, dirty trims and a dirty back seat!!
His was response to this was ‘oh sorry’ as you can appreciate buy a brand new car is not cheap! Not only that, when going to pick up a new car it should be an exciting happy time!
Ours felt very far from that, having to correct issues!
We’re even more upset that when we got home on closer inspection the interior roof has marks clearly from the valet.

To be honest okay the issue could be corrected and can be seen as minor but the way we was left feeling deflated is more the bother!!
The half hearted ‘oh sorry’ no words of positivity to say happy new car day!
Not even offered so much as a hot drink during the wait times!
Was left feeling very deflated, very flat and disheartened by Halesowen motor house.

When you purchase a ‘brand new’ car you want to be presented with perfection of a ‘brand new’ car!

I dealt with kelvin a well experienced salesman who was honest I know that’s a first for many people including myself but he is trustworthy I bought a jaecoo7 didn’t really know a lot about the car he spent a good hour with me the car itself is fantastic it was an x demo he actually pointed out a small scuff which was promptly fixed there was a problem with the finance companies computers which meant another weeks delay in picking up the car but kelvin threw in a sweetener I would not hesitate to use motor house again

my van was serviced on Saturday I'm very pleased with Jack and the team great experience

We bought a Suzuki Swift from Halesowen and dealt with Kelvin. We travelled down from Scotland to pick up the car, (arriving very late thanks to the trains) and Kelvin was at the station to pick us up. He explained all the controls to us both and the paperwork was sorted and we were on our way.

It turns out we had a minor issue with paperwork (not Kelvin's fault) but he made sure this was dealt with efficiently and with good humour - the only reason I mention it is because you don't know how good customer service really is until you need something and Kelvin and the team at Halesowen were great.

The car itself is great, fun to drive and even decent mpg. It probably won't be our last Suzuki and we'd definitely recommend and buy from Halesowen again.
