I put an order in and said order never arrived.
Only communication was initial confirmation of order.
Have made contact re my order but they have never responded. Tried the tracking with the order number and said there was no order there.
Definitely a scam site that should be avoided.

I'm the maker here and I run every order personally — so I've looked closely, and there is no order, no customer, and no message on record matching this name. This review has sat here for months, and in that time I've asked repeatedly for an order number or any way to reach the person who left it. I've had no reply. Not once.
Every genuine order gets a confirmation and a working tracking number, and I answer every real enquiry the same day — that's how I've earned over 1,000 five-star reviews across our shop and marketplaces. A review that names no order, offers no contact, and answers no request to verify it simply doesn't describe a real transaction with us. I've reported it to Trustpilot on that basis.
If you are a genuine customer, the door is open — email pablo@harbourukbracelets.com and I'll resolve it today.

Beautiful Craftsmanship
I recently bought two bracelets from Harbour UK Bracelets for my husband. He was absolutely delighted with the gift. The craftsmanship is meticulous and the quality of every component is outstanding. Even the packaging was great, including a thoughtful Christmas gift bag.
Pablo was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to resolve a delivery address issue for me. I would highly recommend Harbour UK Bracelets and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.
