It is a unique experience and a pleasure
This company has it all. They bend backward to help a customer even thousands of miles away and thus have excellent customer service; competitive pricine by pricing in US$ although situated in England so US customers do not have to worry about exchange rates and card fees; and they carry the latest in technology such as the Omron with the latest technology for home blood pressure testing at night which was not available in the US until recently. All put together this company exceeds, by miles, even the best customer service of any other company based on 50 years experience of buying on line.

Good customer service
I needed the item urgently so I rang to check it was in stock and fortunately it was. Daniel very helpful. We ordered online and chose DPD who unfortunately lost the package in Leeds. Amanda arranged a new delivery with Fedex after I made a second order. This worked well. DPD then found the item and Amanda was able to stop it being delivered. When it returned to the company I immediately got a refund for the first order. Excellent service.
