Order cancelled by company out of stock , but i was able to.put order in on line, also was told could only dispatch 2 out of 4 of the products anyway because of postage restrictions even iif they had the stock, but still let me order. Not too impressed.

Super fast delivery, very easy to order

Delivery was quite fast despite placing order during Christmas period - unlike other UK department stores.

I ordered a Philips infrared bulb from the website and received an unmarked bulb without the Philips name and it arrived in a plain white box. I have contacted the organisation for an explanation and they have stated that Beurer sent the bulbs. Why am I being sold a Philips bulb that arrives in a plain box with no Philips name on the bulb?

When I flagged up my concerns Healthcare4all wasted no time in getting in touch and explaining the difficulties they were currently experiencing. They updated me on the position re my order and kept in touch until it was safely delivered. All companies experience problems at some point; I was impressed with the way they provided personal contact until my order was safely processed. I would be happy to order from them again.

Order was a gamble, I bought a product of theirs from Amazon, the remote broke, I asked on Amazon if they sell replacments, I was directed to the their wesbite where my messages were ignored, I took a risk and bought the remote I thought it was, and it was a risk as the remote says it is for 1 specific product yet on my Amazon purchase it does not give the specific model number, so a £20 roll of the dice, it worked, luckilly, customer service was non existant, and now I am being been emailed for a pat on the back for that service

First time using Healthcare4all and I'm really pleased with the service. I'm disabled and with particular health care needs and I could claim the VAT exemption on the medical items really simply. Ordering was easy and the delivery was exceptionally quick with clear delivery date. I didn't have any problems, so can't comment on customer service in that regard, but my experience was very good.

Prompt delivery and prompt answer to an email I sent. I haven't used the product yet so cannot review it.
