They are somewhat hamstrung by not shipping beyond the UK, causing me to jump through hoops to get my needs.

We have always offered shipping internationally, to any country in the world, but as you are in Ireland there were some delivery issues after Brexit with packages being blocked and returned. These have been resolved now, so we have resumed standard shipping to Ireland.

Very quick delivery
I am a support worker. I ordered an item that her pharmacy was unable to get. So we found it on this website, very reasonably priced. It took 2 days to arrive. Faster than it takes to process a prescription. Excellent service. Will definitely recommend.

A small bp monitor sits nicely on my wrist. I love the Bluetooth functionality that connects fine to my iPhone.

TENS machine for knee and elbow
Ordered a TENS machine for knee and elbow. took advantage of the vitality discount and I have to say after using it for one 30min session daily for a week it seems to have virtually eliminated my knee pain. I plan to keep it up and see how it goes during the cold months.
