From a family run business, we have grown to become a national supplier and distributor of truck parts and provide reliable solutions to the commercial vehicle industry. Along side this our range also includes consumables, fleet management packages, diagnostics,garage equipment, tooling and much much more. There are many ways of ordering to make it easy, fast and efficient for everyone. You can collect parts directly from one of our 19 branches across the UK or you can phone directly or even email in your requests. As a small business ( as was HGV direct when we began to use you ) we face struggles of cash flow from time to time , I was almost forced to close the company and reached out to those in charge at our depot ( castle Donington ) who assured me they understood our temporary predicament . When I went without wages and paid the amount owed to clear the amount I was told my business was no longer required . A huge kick in the teath to

Cash flow issues can be incredibly stressful, especially for small businesses, and we understand the sacrifices you made to meet your obligations. As a company, Credit accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and if spend isn't enough to warrant them then these facilities are withdrawn but we always offer trade, where goods can still be purchased but on a payment on order basis. This method is open to yourself and when your spend returns back to a more regular basis then they can look at reopening the account for you.
