Love HiPP products
Love HiPP products. We used the formula with my first and now with my second.
Setting up formula subscription was super easy and makes things easier knowing it will arrive at the door step every 4 weeks. It’s really easy to skip or pause the subscription too.

HIPP great DPD not
HIPP did amazing nice and smooth to order from them, DPD on other hand was shocking i was meant to get it the next day (Friday) but ended up getting on Tuesday and my sister had to go and extra milk from shop as my little needed it has she had none I rang DPD up and they didn’t care that it was my child’s way of eating so if I was HIPP I wouldn't use DPD in my opinion

Delayed delivery and unresponsive support
I’m very disappointed with my experience with HiPP. I paid for express delivery, but nearly a week later, my order still hasn’t arrived.
The tracking hasn’t changed and shows the parcel stuck at the courier depot since last week.
I tried contacting customer service, but received no response and no help. This level of service is really frustrating.

Great, organic baby milk
Good milk. Organic. There hace bever been an issue with the milk separating or curling and the expiry date is always far away so you can buy a stock of milk. They also have little 90ml bottles with disposable teats which are perfect if you go out or for visits at the hospital. I have narrow bottles teats which suit bigger 200ml bottles and that saves me a lot of washing up because I just screw narrow bottles teats on their bottles and feed the baby. Perfect! They also have never had any issues with the contamination of milk or spoiled milk like other baby milk brands. I also recommend their baby food.

Good product
Good product, always, and the delivery service was excellent. I paid extra to avoid using EVRI who are continuously rubbish delivering to me, but DPD were very swift and followed instructions.

Worth the hype
Decent formula and not the most expensive one out there either. Subscription means baby is sorted for the month, no emergency runs to the shop which is perfect for us as we're both super forgetful. Not had to change formula at all as it's already kind to little stomachs. Also had a nosy at some of their baby food recipes as we have weaning coming up shortly and was super impressed to see how little there is in them unlike others on the shelves. Will definitely be using some Hipp food once baby girl is 6 months.
