Ordered the tyre quickly. Friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Very competitively priced in comparison to another local garage for the same tyre.

I highly recommend this garage and the mechanics. Always so helpful and professional, I completely trust their advice and they always go out of the way to do the job as quickly, efficiently and cost effective as possible. Very friendly team and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I rang to book 2 new tyres which i specifically wanted. They got them in ready for the next morning. Very polite and friendly staff. Offered a drink. Sat for short time while they fitted new tyres. Checked wheel alignment didn't need doing. Cheaper than where I usually go as no extra charges to dispose of my old tyres etc. Would definitely use again thank you Hi q, I give a high 5

This one has good reviews so I took my car in, they showed me the issues with the car rather than just telling me so I knew they were being honest. Friendly, polite quick service. Extremely impressed with the service I received today at burton on trent HiQ when I booked in my honda jazz for new brake pads. What can I say? Very professional, very polite and friendly. In fact one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a garage. I cannot recommend them enough. I for one will definitely use these again.

I had an emergency issue with my car, I phoned them at 4pm on Thursday evening, by 5.30pm on the same evening they sorted my car. No fuss, excellent customer service and great price. Cannot thankyou enough.
