This garage and its guys are just outstanding!! My car was serviced and MOT'd in next to no time. They are extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Needless to say I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you HiQ for your fantastic customer service, see you next year!!

What a refreshing change!!!
The wonderful customer service, flexibility & honest advice given to me today was almost unbelievable in this day and age.
A very big shout out and grateful thanks to Gavin & “Peggy” of the Burton, Staffs branch. If you’re “out of town” it’d be worth the effort to come and see these men and get great service.

I booked my MOT at HiQ Burton on Trent…
I booked my MOT at HiQ Burton on Trent after being recommended by a friend.
Arriving just over 30 minutes early I was welcomed by Russ (??) who explained everything I needed and was very personable and professional.
The MOT was completed by ‘Peggy’ who also spoke directly to me afterwards. A big change from other centres.
The waiting area was very open, light, comfortable and clean.
Very efficient and clean professional operation.
