I wanted to thank you to a lovely retailer who works in Cheltenham HMV her name is Snow , wonderful service , so friendly and helpful. Witnessed her being verbally abused by another customer she handed it very politely and it was not anything that was her fault. I love visiting that store and I love when it's Snow on the tills because she is so sweet and politeful

Super helpful and friendly! Was looking for something that was released a few days before and asked about it to the helpful goth-rocker working there. They didn't have what I was looking for in store and offered their mail ordered or in-shop delivery service. Picked it up a few day later by their friendly metalhead guy. Will definitely order my media there again!

Exceptionally Customer Focused.
I try if at all possible to resist the likes of Amazon (not always successfully) and shop locally supporting local businesses in my town. I also like to see and touch the items I wish to purchase. On this occasion I was able to purchase a recently released 4K title and order and pay for another, due to be released shortly. They kindly offered to have it sent to me. The service and conversation and knowledge of staff is superb. When you are next in the area, strongly recommend you pay this store a visit.
