When you advise me of the arrival date of an order, 9 times out of 10 it arrives earlier for collection but never later.
I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff which makes my visit to the store a great experience.

Your staff made it easy for me I asked they searched they found they ordered I left happy and within a week both cds were delivered to my door , brilliant .

Disappointed to find that The Carpenters CDs that I ordered weren't original A&M CDs. Doesn't say on website that these are produced by a UK company, Homespun, yes under licence, and are the genuine Carpenters.
