I wanted a box set of DVDs,I asked the lady behind the desk, she found it on the computer as it wasn't in she ordered it,told me when it would be in. I got emails to say it was on its way and when it arrived. It all worked perfectly and the lady at the desk in HMV Darlington was lovely and very efficient.

Album ordered and collected on release date from HMV Darlington with regular updates before, E tickets for Bryan Adams roll with the punches album release gig worked really well and the intimate gig was superb, Thank you!
