Went in Kettering branch three weeks…
Went in Kettering branch three weeks ago and placed order for the Stone's new CD. No probs.
Received E mail from HMV, my CD in shop. Visited HMV Kettering. staff first class as always. Put CD on in car. GREAT.
HMV v.good service as always.

Ordered star wars mos espasa cantina on line. When I went into the kettering store they had my item but also had the black series scout helmet in the window. They checked the stock and it was the last one, took it out the window and I purchased it. Just wanted to say thank you as it wasn't showing as stock they could have easily said no. Lovely young lass served me about 1300 on the 4th of October.

Very pleasant and helpful sales guy…
Very pleasant and helpful sales guy took my order for a blue ray replacement that was last one on display but had slight damage to case which I didn't want to pay full price for, "Bee Gees in Concert" will pick up from store when a second order from my son for 2 blu rays is delivered to store, ordered on 30th May different sales guy but again very helpful as information given from my son on piece of paper wasn't 100% accurate but assistant took time to investigate and got correct info 👍 so very happy, will look forward to picking my order up from store. Thank you HMV
