Helpful staff
When the very helpful member of staff couldn't find the DVD I was after he ordered it for me with the option of home delivery or collection. I collected it three days later.

I received an email 6th may to tell me that there was a delay on my order, I expected it to take ages, but on 8th may I was emailed to say it had been despatched, I picked it up a couple of days later, the shop assistant was excellent in the service I got

I buy a lot at Yeovil store rob the manager is amazing he knows we're everything is i calling him the beard of knowledge I ask for stuff and he takes me street there he also suggests music i might like and many times I've come away with 3 / 4CDs what ever your paying him it isn't enough ps love having
