Very disappointed in their customer service, we had a mail order subscription for supplements which they cancelled due to low stock, is their stock control that bad that it's impossible to arrange an alternative source, within five minutes we managed to obtain the supplements direct from the producers, we thought that buying from Holland and barrett would ensure a consistent hassle free supply, most Holland and barrett stores have at least 4 or 5 bottles of the supplements we ordered on the shelf so why not organise delivery from a store nearby, pretty shabby.

So easy to order on website and to set subscription if you wanted to and have great deals on when ordering online a bought biotin and pumpkin seed oil been taking the biotin longer as my hair is fallen out due to me losing a lot of weight and taking Mounjaro injections but tbh a dunno if there working but a see more little hairs so I’m still going to take them

First, they sent the wrong item. Then customer service claimed they couldn’t locate my order at all. After some time, they finally found it and asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement — I clearly asked for the replacement.

And after all that, they emailed me saying that Kiki Health does not send replacement parcels. What a joke. Complete waste of time. Spend your money elsewhere. Truly an incompetent company.

Conclusion: They advertise items that aren’t even in stock — the product is still listed on their website — and then waste your time pretending they’re trying to resolve the issue, only to refund you in the end. Completely misleading.

The policy of making a ‘click & collect’ delivery charge makes H&B a 1* supplier - and on the bottom of my list of routine supplement suppliers.

The lady helped me choose the right eye supplement for my AMD and I since improved my vision sharpness thank u when in next time was on offer 3 for 2 so purchased a year's supply saving £35-98 too Friend 🧡 also I recommended bought years supply as so impressed with expert advice and help .people say your not cheap I disagree expert advice and products worth the extra cost 100%.
Will be using for yrs to come as only 62yrs young!!!
