Every time I've tried to use my voucher, I've run into issues. This most recent experience, I used the link in my voucher confirmation E-mail. It took me to the site so I could search for available hotels in the area I was stopping for the evening. We decided on the hotel, the type of room, and clicked the 'book' link. This brought me to the payment page which preloaded my voucher info. Once I completed the reservation, I received and confirmation email from hotelplanner.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the could see my reservation but wanted payment. They had never heard of hotelplanner.com and this is a major hotel chain. I showed them the email and they tried pulling up what they could. I ended up having to cancel that reservation, step off to the side and call your number. The individual who answered was clueless. She asked for my voucher number. I gave it to her and she said she couldn't pull it up. Not until I explained over and over did it register that I was using a hotelplanner.com number. Once she did, she was able to create a reservation for us. Ultimately, the site didn't do what it was supposed to do, the confirmation never made it to the hotel, I had to make a phone call to clear it up, the rep was difficult to understand and didn't seem to have a clue, once she did she gave bad info about the pricing, and there were several other issues throughout the process. I really dislike the whole hotelplanner.com.

Tried to add a day with them and they had me jumping through hoops. Agents are not helpful. Had to end up cancelling my reservation and making it through another service in order to add the second day due to the outrageous price they quoted for that second day. They still charged me $25 for their unhelpful service.

Very friendly staff. Room exactly as described for an accessible room.

Booking via phone was easy, but Ayushman wasn’t friendly or warm. He kept repeating “this is the best rate possible” even though it is appearing cheaper online through Booking.com and I was asking to be put under a hotel room block. Felt like I was getting ripped off to be honest with the price confusion and his rudeness.

Last month you didn't get the requested reservation in Hershey PA, but charged me $1580 anyway. Charge came from your Florida office so took a while to track down. No refund given or offered, but I have a voucher for the amount. Having a great deal of difficulty using the voucher. Made and canceled reservations to make them in Hotel planner then hotel won't take voucher. Finally got one of 3 reservations to take voucher. YOUR ERROR, MY ONGOING HEADACHE!!!!!! Didn't know I was talking to hotel planner, who broke into my call somehow. Grr.

Totally double the room cost I had 3 rooms booked and the one I booked with you was over a hundred + dollars more. Not cool never again and I will post this so people know no I'm not very happy at all so . I m average and its my fn birthday .

Generally I literally HATE speaking to offshore reps about a US service issue. But the customer service and support provided by Rhea Mae was world class. She was exceptionally detailed, KIND and very professional. Even her inabilities were explained and she guided us through a very amicable resolve. If I could give her 10
Stars she definitely deserves it.

I thought I was calling the hotel directly, I was wrong.
Did not like the computer trying to get my information and it did turn me over to a person that did get us a room at the hotel of our choice.
We ended up deciding to do 2 nights at the same hotel. So I called back and ended up with a different booking company. Which I was not expecting.
We ended up having booked the same hotel for consecutive nights 2 different prices and now we have 2 reservations not 1.
We are not traveling till December so we’ll see if there are any issues at that point. I really hope that we don’t.
The person we talked to was very nice and very accommodating.
