I brought x 5 luxurious Oxford pillow cases £25 each with a discount, I expected them to be luxury soft but after washing inc fabric conditioner, they was a mixture of 600 count Egyptian cotton saying it gives you an even silver feel this is completely untrue I brought the Green/ Teal Luxor and x 2 silver white, they are shockingly scratchy uncomfortable on my face, there is nothing silky comfortable luxurious at all, I contacted house of Babylon who was not prepared to refund me send them back, even though that description of their pillows are completely misleading, I spent almost £100 on pillows that are rough scratchy I cannot use as much main pillow, I am very upset stuck with them, no help from them at all, very bad advertising when the pillow cases are not of luxury quality at all, am very disappointed.... won’t be buying from them again...

Nothing but GREAT things to say. There was a mix up on my order for a US KING instead of a UK KING ( which is smaller) . This company caught the mistake and fixed my order without increasing the price. Delivery does take a little bit, but so worth it when you open the box and your order is exactly what you need and it’s beautiful. Perfect 🤩 stars for company and customer service. I will definitely buy from them above all others... 😘👏🥰👏

I ordered a bath robe on a next day delivery for a birthday present. After 2 days it still had not arrived so I chased it up and was told the 'wrong' order was sent to the warehouse and it had to be reordered. The delivery finally arrived 4 days after ordering and past the date of the birthday.

The really disappointing bit was they refused to exchange it for another size. I requested the exchange 14 days after delivery but they said their policy was 14 days from date of order. I explained the previous delay and my disappointment and asked for the exchange to be permitted given it was 14 days from the date of the delivery. They refused and offered a 20% discount off my next purchase. I was left with no choice but to buy a second bath robe. Very inflexible and a shame they couldn't rebuild the goodwill from the previous error.

Quick and easy purchase experience, I bought a duvet which is really high quality for the price paid.

I do not believe I have experienced such great level of service EVER.
The bed linen set I had ordered somehow was out of stock but the website hadn't registered. Within minutes of making my order, someone contacted me to let me know my options and upgraded my order for free. I ordered today and the item got shipped on the same day. I cannot wait to try the bed set.

Was happy to be introduced to House Babylon products through a friend. I bought a classic grey set and the quality is excellent, especially given the price tag- I almost spent 30% more on a similar set from another retailer. The cotton is ethically sourced and that’s always a plus.
