Very helpful and friendly, knew his stuff

The booking process went smoothly and flights and transfers added to save us the trouble of arranging these independently.

Danielle was professional and helpful, guiding us through from initial phonecall to completing the booking. She made the booking process a pleasure and also helped to secure a great price.

everything was wrong this time. My other bookings have all worked well. I had chosen the cruise - somewhere my husband had always wanted to go - he has stage 4 cancer and it is also our anniversary whilst away so wanted this to be special as it will be most probably the last holiday. My other main reason for booking was because P&O were offering £120 onboard plus another £180 - totaling £300 onboard which is a great help plus we had an email from P&O offering a further £100 onboard (which would total £400 ob spend) if we booked by end September which I was doing. I think this confused the iglu chap (I wont mentioned an actual name) albeit he did try to work it out but when he put everything in the onboard spend came down, not up! it reduced down to £220. I also mentioned to him I wanted a quieter cabin and he said he had reserved one of the three that was left on the only deck available (as my husband wanted deck 9 or 11 as we were told earlier in the day there were cabins on those decks. But we got the one we didnt want as my booking went on confirmation to a Balcony Guarantee rather than the cabin assigned, and that now turns out to be the one we definitely didnt want (right next to the weights room) He did tell me numerous times that if I didn't book with him that evening then the cabins would probably be sold out by the morning. I was under the impression he was getting fed up with me and then started to say "he couldnt hear me" he was fed up with me trying to explain about the onboard spend and the cabin situation, as I didnt think it fair we should have to lose out when it was something P&O were clearly advertising and James did agree that as well. I felt I had no other option but to say to him - not to worry I will just finish the booking quietly on line after we had finished the call. The chap also said he would ring me following day to see if I had managed to sort it but he didnt so now I have a cruise with the cabin I we really didnt want and not the onboard spend we were supposed to have. Even though P&O are still offering the £300.

Had a Golden anniversary next year to organise. Sharon went to the extreme to ensure that the cruise for the family of 14 was made possible. After numerous telephone conversations and emails she eventually managed to get us to the final booking. I would like to thank her very much for making us one very happy family.

Claire the lady who helped me with my booking was so helpful and it’s all booked for next month. She was exceptional I must say. I have used Iglu for many years and had already booked a cruise with them for May. I highly recommend Iglu cruises.
