Very efficient response to my booking query,

Everything was explained in detail. We we aware of the total cost before we were presented with the bill and the Iglu operative was extremely pleasant throughout.

The actual booking experience is very good , however trying to get in touch with iglu to make any amendments is very difficult. After chatting with in line chat option they said I would get an email regarding my query , however that never happened. I then tried to phone numerous times , eventually I spoke to a very nice lady to resolved my query.

Booking was easy. I knew what I wanted, so that helped. Spoke to 3 different agents. On checking the details I needed to verify something. Rang, was on hold for over 20 minutes, no answer. Rang again,same. Tried using the manage my booking to ask my question and still not had a reply. Easy to book and take my money, but terrible after service to check it’s all correct. And it still isnt

Great friendly professional service

As a first time cruise I wanted to go see the Northern lights and celebrate my birthday under the stars. Lucie was really patient and so helpful in finding exactly the right trip and the right cabin. There was a system booking issue but Lucie was open and honest and found a solution that we were happy with. Communication has been good and I would happily use Iglu in the future... as long as Im not too sea sick 😁

everything was wrong this time. My other bookings have all worked well. I had chosen the cruise - somewhere my husband had always wanted to go - he has stage 4 cancer and it is also our anniversary whilst away so wanted this to be special as it will be most probably the last holiday. My other main reason for booking was because P&O were offering £120 onboard plus another £180 - totaling £300 onboard which is a great help plus we had an email from P&O offering a further £100 onboard (which would total £400 ob spend) if we booked by end September which I was doing. I think this confused the iglu chap (I wont mentioned an actual name) albeit he did try to work it out but when he put everything in the onboard spend came down, not up! it reduced down to £220. I also mentioned to him I wanted a quieter cabin and he said he had reserved one of the three that was left on the only deck available (as my husband wanted deck 9 or 11 as we were told earlier in the day there were cabins on those decks. But we got the one we didnt want as my booking went on confirmation to a Balcony Guarantee rather than the cabin assigned, and that now turns out to be the one we definitely didnt want (right next to the weights room) He did tell me numerous times that if I didn't book with him that evening then the cabins would probably be sold out by the morning. I was under the impression he was getting fed up with me and then started to say "he couldnt hear me" he was fed up with me trying to explain about the onboard spend and the cabin situation, as I didnt think it fair we should have to lose out when it was something P&O were clearly advertising and James did agree that as well. I felt I had no other option but to say to him - not to worry I will just finish the booking quietly on line after we had finished the call. The chap also said he would ring me following day to see if I had managed to sort it but he didnt so now I have a cruise with the cabin I we really didnt want and not the onboard spend we were supposed to have. Even though P&O are still offering the £300.
