Pry tool was poor quality and tips broke easily including the tool snapping off behind mirror getting stuck
Quality of indicators is great and no issues with order

The service was prompt and everyone had great customer relation. I drove in, I was attended to, waited in the lounge for my stock globes to be replaced with LED globes.

Fast responses if anything wrong they resolving the problem

Quick delivery, nice looking product, and so far work great with a great colour quality

Very helpful staff helped me choosing the right hid kit for the projector that I also purchased from illumo excellent quality hid kit very bright globes and no error message on my Mercedes clk cluster I highly recommend there hid kits

Delivery time was fast but the parts did not fit properly and was required to be modified.
The plastic bracket was cut on an angle instead of straight causing it not to twisted on the board

Made time for me even though I had no appointment. Personal attention and customised service. I own a car outside of their normal client range but they attended to my needs exceptionally well. One star lost for continuous offensive blaspheming.

The wide range of products on offer and the quick delivery turn around from placing a order to receiving the items.

Great work and outcome of the lights.
Love it and thanks.

The 6500k headlights look fantastic compared to the halogen bulbs previously on the car. The conversion kit was very easy to install once I realised what I was doing. No instructions included but it’s fairly intuitive and I believe they are making tutorial videos shortly.

The low beams are a nice blue and then one warmed up, they move to more of a white colour but still keeping a blue tinge with really nice coverage and visibility. The additional flare reverse lights are really good too. Almost like having another set of headlights on the back of your car. Would definitely recommend and will be buying for any future cars
