I don't know what but this company is flakely. I have tried to follow there complicated cancellation process but to no avail they keep billing. If you want to give them $35.00 continually for nothing go ahead. They make it impossible to cancel no customer support but egar to take your money. Avoid them like the plauge

App was terrible from day 1

App was terrible from day 1. After paying for the app, i have spent months trying to get into the account and it tells me I do not have an active account. Customer service is non-existent because they won't pick up the phone and let you talk to anyone, they want everything to be done via email. I have again canceled my account with them and if charged again will be taking it to the BBB

Took money from my card even after I cancelled my account

I would give them zero stars if possible. I don't recommend this company at all. I cancelled my account awhile ago and they still continued to take money from my credit card without my permission. When I reached out to them, you can't get even a live person. I get an automated response from them with out addressing my concerns. Very bad service. I don't recommend.

I have been charged 48.99 each month and want to cancel this but I cannot. There is a 144.95 chargeback fee!!! I would appreciate any help.

I am only on day 2

I am only on day 2, but so far I love the education I am getting about good foods and bad. I have been suffering from bloating and gas for so long I am praying this is the answer.

Beware!! Scam! Fraud!!

Edit: The company replied to this review in one day. I immediately emailed my info, as requested, and it has been seven days that I have not received a reply back. This is pure nonsense that I can’t get a solution. I just want to be done with them!
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before starting this program. This company is very unethical and DO NOT believe them when they say they are here for support!!! I have been emailing for weeks because that is the only contact they give. I was automatically enrolled and had no evidence or receipt that this happened. The only way I knew was from looking at my CC statement. They state that deleting the app will not cancel your account, it will only remove the app and in order to cancel, you have to email them. This is very unprofessional. Beware of the TRAP they are setting!!!

Who wants to mint money and does not adhere to customer values . They deducted US 286 without my consent and without sharing any receipt . When i relalised , i had already lost that money . And when i approached for refund , it was as per their policy they could not return the money

Too soon to say. I just got Immudi today

I just got Immudi today. Immudi should be asking me this question within a reasonable amount time, not on the SAME DAY of purchase. On second thought, I should be giving immudi only 3 stars for trying to gain a rating from customers who haven't even received the product yet. There just isin't enough experience to give an accurate and honest opinion. Immudi should ask this queation AFTER at least one month of purchase.

I bought into program a week ago

I bought into program a week ago. Paid via VISA Credit card. It is now a week later and I still do not have an active account. I want my money back. I have waited the time limit with no help. Same problem very time. Blank screens with no info. Terrible especially since I had to paid in American dollars.

I paid for a real-life nutritionist…

I paid for a real-life nutritionist last year and honestly got more value from Immudi. The app keeps evolving as I log my meals, and I like that it doesn’t just tell me “what” to eat but “why.” My mood has improved, I feel clearer, and even my skin looks better. I only wish there were more community features – a chat or support forum would make it perfect.
