When signing up, our system does default to auto-renew so members can continue their wellness journey without interruption. We do mention this during checkout and in the Terms and Conditions, but we understand it can be easy to miss.

While we aren’t able to issue refunds for renewals as per our policy, we’re glad you caught it early and have since canceled. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or assist further, please don’t hesitate to email us at hello@immudi.com.
