Will auto-charge without permission & notification
I signed up because I was interested in anti-inflammatory diets. I was entirely too busy to actually use what a paid for. I didn't find the format helpful tbh. With a full-time job, its easier to just to learn what foods cause inflammation and not use them again.
Meanwhile, I get a notification that I am auto-renewed and will be charged in the next 24 hours. Then I was charged. No refunds.
Then I got a service that pulls out all email notifications for any subscriptions so I can prevent this from happening again. But I haven't received an email from this company since August 18, 2023.
They just renewed it after I said not to. Then Mike Wilson at Customer Support tells me that because "its digital property and thus fully exposed upon purchase [that I never agreed to - they] follow a no refund policy and are unable to guarantee any returns of refunds if the product is not faulty."
Bottom line: I never clicked auto-renew the first time - it is not in any documentation I received from my first purchase. Then they did it two more times. The last time they didn't even do the sham -24 hour notice email.

I feel supported on my calm
I feel supported on my calm, slow journey to lose weight naturally. Not “fad” dieting. Not rushing & dropping quickly. Intuitively eating healthily. If I am having cravings, I will jot down my food.

Beware, this may be a scam
I paid for a one-week trial however the password they sent did not work. I cannot access the material I paid for. So these morons charged me for nothing. They will not give me a refund.
Update. After submitting this review to Trust Pilot the firm contacted me. However they are not serious - merely trying to appear as though they are. Beware of this company !!

5 Days In…..
I only joined 5 days ago, and I already am seeing a difference. I’ve printed out all downloaded helpful documents and am starting a booklet. I’m 72 and have had inflammation for years. The last couple days I’ve had no pain and lost 2 lbs already!! Trying to stick with it to see what happens.

I like the lessons
I like the lessons. The app would be much better if I could log food eaten and amounts and have the app calculate alories. As it is, I am using "Lose It" to log food then transferring the calories to this app.
Also, once I downloaded the app to my phone it would not let me download it to my computer.

Poor service
This company is extremely hard to work with. I was fraudulently signed up for this service for the most expensive plan. As soon as realizing that odd things where happening I contacted support. HA support NO... they basically told me tough you agreed to our terms and so no refund. I told them multiple times I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. This company is extremely poor in customer service and they need to make there site harder for scams! If I were you I would stay far far away!
I have emailed multiple times. All were unsuccessful.

Very Impressed
Very Impressed. The Immudi program is exactly what I was looking for. I now have a better understanding of why I was having so much trouble loosing weight after I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Rheumatoid Arthritis and fibromyalgia. The daily lessons give a good insight. The recipes are very easy, delicious and suitable for the whole family.

VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES
VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES! I do NOT recommend. They sign up up for renewal without letting you know ( I’m sure it’s hidden in the fine print) then charge your card for $99 a pop with little or no notice. Then refuses a refund and then offer you 30% if you insist. Disgusting. They can tell you have not logged in but refuses refund. Not to mention the product is pretty useless. This is a scam!!!

Buyer beware...that is what you are…
Buyer beware...that is what you are told, but with this company, there is no fine print. Once I signed up, and had access to the app, I explored everything, and immediately knew this program was not for me, as I am a vegan. I emailed the support, and they send me updated links because their app is out of date. The links included a "no meat" option, so I was optimistic, until I opened them only to find all meals included fish. RUN AWAY IF YOU A VEGAN. Plan is great if you don't already know you should be eating salad and fish; I really wanted to like it just to save myself time in meal planning; don't waste your money, there are far better plans out there, and far better apps!! Also, they don't offer your money back, so the lie they tell you is it is "risk free". Not so!

Not worth it! The “diet” was complicated and it…
The “diet” was complicated and it assumed you knew the calories count for all the foods you ate. The menu items are not what the average person would have in their cupboard and were expensive. I requested a refund but was told no as the program is something that has to do with it being personal property on the web.
My advice is don’t buy it.
