Inaccurate, incorrect and completely useless app

The meal plans have you eating exactly the same things for 4 consecutive days, and are completely inconsistent with the list of foods to avoid. They say to stay away from diary products, soy products and cocoa, and their recipes include yogurt, tofu and chocolate. This app is completely based on AI and probably has no humans checking its contents. A complete waste of money

I was charged 95.00

I was charged 95.00! That’s twice the charge.
They tell me c
They can’t refund due to the fact that I paid through PayPal. PayPal is handling it now. They refused my request for a total refund and said I agreed to their terms. I never did!!! I’m a senior citizen and can’t afford this. Also, I downloaded the app and it is a total waste, they give you the same recipes day after day after day. This is a total scam!

If zero stars were an option

If zero stars were an option, I would have selected that! I signed up for the 7 day trial and contacted them when they applied the $35.99 to my credit card. Their response was unsatisfactory to say the least and basically pointed me to the small print.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are not customer friendly.

Don’t be fooled!

This app does not allow you to restrict for dietary needs. It does not show this to you until setting it up.
The app is lacking.
I also did not sign up for auto renewal, however they took almost $50 from my account on auto renewal. I immediately contacted them. I then had to play email games back and forth. “Oh so sorry you should have told us 24 hours before”, but I never signed up for auto renewal!
Finally they offered only a 30% refund as a goodwill gesture. I had to email back to accept it. Ugh! I finally received an almost 50% refund for the renewal after paying for the first 3 months of not using the app. I then had to pay for another 3 months at a 50% discount. Still not able to use app. I literally never used the app after discovering the first day that it had too many carbs.

Just as you see in their replies to these reviews; customer service response is very kind and professional but don’t be fooled!
They are not really interested in doing the right thing.

I canceled my membership

I canceled my membership, over a year ago. I have written confirmation that my subscription has been canceled. Yet every June they try to charge me. It is extremely inconvenient to have this happen every year.

Too soon to tell long term since I just…

Too soon to tell long term since I just started this program but I’m hopeful. The app is easy, the lessons are interesting and helpful to figure out how best to modify my diet due to have autoimmune diseases and high inflammation. The diet is self is a bit daunting, but I’m willing to give it a try.

App seriously underdeveloped and buggy

Within 5 minutes of using the app, I knew this wasn't for me. Firstly, the database of foods is far inferior to other food/health apps. Secondly, the app has a lot of errors/bugs. If you are able to search for find a food ingredient and the weak database actually finds it, you are not able to select it from the search hits to actually log it as a food. Customer service has tried to help with these issues but their suggestions did not work. They will not give me a refund because they say I've seen their "digital intellectual property" that gets shared upon first using the app. Trust me, there is no IP here, not in technology or in health education. Google "anti-inflammatory foods" and save yourself the money and headache.

Immudi provides a great selection of meals, including shopping lists. I like reading about education and tips on inflammation thing. I think I'm already seeing some difference in weight!

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! I signed up for the $9.99 download within a few days I saw the $39.99 charge in my credit card, I never signed up for anything especially auto pay. I contacted the company and they said they would cancel future payments but not the current charge because I only had so many days to cancel! Bad business practices.

Not recommended

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up today, I tried the app, it crashes, the foods are all American and it doesn’t understand British foods like minced beef, I have cancelled but will not get a refund even though I can not use the app properly, will not be recommending to others

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I tried to cancel within the 7 day period as the log-ins would not work, the one time I freakily managed to log in the app crashed straight away, have tried reloading the app but it still will not work, This is the worst customer service I have ever received, they just will not believe me and then took so long after the 7 day trial to respond that they seem to have locked me in to a service I can not access, I just want a refund!!!!!!!

If I could rate this a zero I would

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I tried to immediately cancel due to log in issues and received zero help. I finally got logged in and saw the meals were severely high in carbs (I am diabetic), so I tried canceling again. Again, zero customer support. Now they are taking more money out of my account! Beware!

I always thought I was eating healthy…

I always thought I was eating healthy and cut out a lot of stuff. Despite being on biologics, pain meds and getting monthly infusions I am not feeling great; definitely having some improvement but want to get back to me. I just want to make it through my day and actually be able to clean my house and not feel like I am struggling to just get through everyday necessities. Upon starting with Immudi I realized there is so much more I should be doing. Currently exercising is not possible. I am learning a lot. I have increased my walking and am working on cutting out more foods that I didn’t realize should be avoided for inflammation. I mean the hardest for me will be coffee and chocolate 😱 but I have a plan I will cut other things altogether and cut back on my chocolate and coffee with the hopes of eliminating it all together 🤞 I am definitely glad I took the chance and joined. Signed a long time sufferer who has missed out on way too many vacations and gatherings.

I'm still figuring through the app. Multiple days are the same recipes. The sheets and material is very helpful though. I don't like that not alot of foods are loaded.
