Rip-off!!

Apparently, even though you tell them after you view the $9.99 plan and state within 7 days you do not want Immudi, they automatically enroll you in the $35.99 plan. Watch out!!!!!

The app is hard to navigate

The app is hard to navigate. The first day I was taken to simple exercises but now I get a huge menu of physical activity. Can you help?

Signed up for trial program and then…

Signed up for trial program and then realized I wouldnt follow it, so dont know if it works or not. Family medical crisis in November and December '23.. tried a few times to cancel on line. I dont have a microsoft account. am being billed $59.98/ month. Please help--at least cance or I will block my credit card.

Stop harassing people.

You scam people and then use harassment tactics to get bad reviews taken down.
No one should take this scam seriously and hopefully people read reviews first.
Do not use this product.

Don’t waste your money!

Beware! They promise to give you a plan for any diet you may follow. I am vegan and they said they have a vegan plan.
After three emails, they sent me a menu with none of the recipes. The app did not have the vegan plan at all.
Complete waste of money!

Buyer beware. I wonder how many of these reviews are real. This is really a scam save your money.

Be careful folks. Now that I realize they have been taking my money without authorization - lets see how honest they are to stop what they call a subscription.

I left a 1 star (wish it was 0 star)…

I left a 1 star (wish it was 0 star) review due to them charging me when I had cancelled which is obviously something that happens a lot….and over the past year they have literally tried to get my review taken down at least 4 different times. They have terrible customer service and will NOT help you… it took me writing a negative review just to get my money back when I had literal proof I had already cancelled but they wouldn’t refund until I left a review on here…. Now… instead of them asking me to prove my review is legit which I’ve had to do 3 times now …. This time they reported it as some kind harmful or illegal content haha WHAT?! They are desperate to scam people apparently so much so that when we express that they were taking our money without permission or after cancellation …. They don’t like it!

Great App

I have enjoyed this app. I tried the week sample first and choose to continue the program. I love the educational information on inflammation and how it is related to food. I also enjoyed the AI recipe maker. What a cool addition.

I feel motivated

I feel as though losing weight, feeling healthier and stronger is achievable with Immudi … it seems manageable and doable and I’m happy so far 😊 Reasonably priced for the first 12 weeks.

Not for me, but have a refund!

Whilst this was not for me, and they originally refused to give me a refund, after explaining my issues with the app, the food (being a diabetic) and various other things, Immudi are giving me a full refund - definitely NOT a disreputable company.

It's a No Diet, Diet!!

So far, so good. I haven't been on it that long, but it seems very manageable and not really like a diet at all!

Bad App

Immudi offers some good recipes plans. The app is pretty useless. I prefer tracing on My Fitness Pal or a journal. Certainly not worth cost of plan

Don’t waste your money, it doesn’t give the information upfront

Doesn’t give the information upfront, you have to wait and each day they give you a little more. Three recipes and one requires cassava flour which is not sold anywhere near me! There is an AI recipe generator but everything I enter comes up “not recommended”, but doesn’t give alternatives. I knew I would hate it after the first day due to lack of information, asked for a refund and they denied it saying I had access to all the digital content, which I only had one day and three lame recipes!! So, I’ve had it for several weeks and I’ve tried to make use of it…still only three recipes, still lacks information and maybe if this was ALL I had to do it might work. But I have a full time job and a busy life outside of work. This is extremely time consuming, frustrating to say the least and frankly nothing new! I ordered cookbooks for anti inflammatory recipes and wished I had done that in the first place! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Please be aware …

Please be aware that if you sign up for a 45 day trial with this company, that there are subsequent recurring payments.
I really wish companies would not do this. Please ASK your customers if they wish to continue their subscription with you instead of applying automatic payments. I find this practice of doing business very underhanded.

Scam alert

Scam alert. I tried to cancel the subscription as I was suspecting that its not a worthy product. They took forever to get back to me and they said they would not refund my initial pending charge, even though I tried to cancel before it had not even gone through. Run a mile from this product. poor customer service.
