EE5095 headset and Bluetooth connectivity
I was having trouble linking my headset via Bluetooth and had mislaid the instructions (EE5095). The response was prompt, I received a copy of the instruction sheet and am back up and running within 2 days. Very polite, prompt and effective service (considering the problem was with the user not the equipment - for which I wholeheartedly apologise!). Qurat Zahid is commended for the time, effort, and resolution of this issue.

I purchased a intempo 4in1 gaming set…
I purchased a intempo 4in1 gaming set and and the keyboard stopped working after 1 week of purchased i done a live chat with Qurat he was really helpful and has solved my issue by sending me a replacement keyboard free of charge so in all my experience with customer service was excellent well done intempo very impressed

Happy outcome
Intempo were unable to sort signal problem out so are generously sending me a complimentary radio as replacement.
Intially it took a while to sort problem but I am very pleased with the outcome.

Sending me a new device as my device I got gifted was faulty, no proof of purchase, a very helpful company.
