One of my favorite brands, I buy most of my t-shirts there! They have really cool style, and the fabric quality is great! Since I live in Switzerland, I have to pay additional taxes, but it's worth it!

I shop with INTO THE AM regularly and recently needed help tracking an order. Ardie handled it quickly and professionally, got me the status right away with no runaround. It's rare to get support this responsive. Between the quality of the clothing and service like this, they've earned a repeat customer. Highly recommend.

After emailing about a return on an order, I was pleasantly surprised not only at how quickly Joan responded, but also with such politeness. Such a refreshing change in my world of grumpy tech people!

Well I ordered the same shirts twice and realized a little later. Contacted AI Sam and he canceled the order and I reordered. I have graphic tees, basic tees, button ups, all day pants and boxers. I love them all!! Great fit and comfortable!! Recommend trying. I think you will like them! Become a member it will pay off!!

I bought a pack of 3 white men's shirts for my husband. The shirts were a very thin material and see-thru. My husband is not particularly dark skinned and I could see his nipples through the shirt. I am from Canada and I strongly discourage you from buying from them! The return process was an absolute nightmare. They do not provide return labels which means I needed to ship it back at my own expense and pay for customs again. Customer service was rude and not at all helpful. I am a pretty easygoing person and I did read that I would be responsible for returns, however they forget to mention all the extra fees that they charge for returns on top of you footing the shipping! After spending close to 200$, I will only be getting close to 50$ back. Huge disappointment!

Was charged shipping on tee club, it was fixed as soon as I made contact and brought it up! Better result than I expected.

Great company and fantastic T-shirt designs. Have used them multiple times now and the free shipping to the UK on top of the regular discounts / sales is fantastic. Staff have been friendly and quick to respond to email queries.

I just received three t/shirts I ordered here in Australia. I want to be as honest as I can be. The quality is very low. The t/shirts were made in Haiti and with US print. I feel cheated from their website. Please write an honest so customer’s are not misled. I’ve unsubscribed and also deleted all correspondence. The worst quality t/shirt I ever bought while in Australia

They are my favorite clothing company by far. I wear their t-shirts 99% of the time. I love getting new ones in the mail and watch for new styles and sales.

Really love this brand, recently made an order however they had just sold out of the shirt I wanted. Their customer service agent Ardie was super proactive in reaching out with options to resolve the order and was able to fix it very quickly.

Ardie was very attentive to my concerns and help fix a I mistake made while placing my order. Ardie contacted the warehouse department to intercept my incorrect order and cancelled it in time. I was able to place a new order and become an AM member thanks to Ardie
