I've been a regular customer of Into The AM since 2018 or so. Setting aside the high quality products, their strong customer service is something that makes me keep coming back. In particular Ardie is quick to respond to requests and resolve issues!

I ordered some shorts today and forgot to apply my 20% off code. I used the chat on the website to see if it could be applied after the fact. Remie helped me and got the credit applied very quickly.

Had nothing but positive experiences with into the am. Clothes are great and actually large enough to fit me while staying a great shape and not looking like a tent.

Even when something goes wrong they are fantastic to deal with. Spoke with Ardie recently regarding a missing item on a large order and things were sorted in under 5 minutes. Absolutely brilliant company. I am gradually replacing every item in my wardrobe with their stuff.

Ardie did a good job helping me out through my questions that I had to get my subscription tee ordered. I appreciate all the work from Ardie!

The shirts are truly amazing, sparking conversations with friends and admiring glances from people I pass in the store. I have ten of them now and love these monthly surprises in my mailbox. I caught a snafu in an email, notified IntoTheAM, and Ardie quickly resolved it and let me know how much they appreciated the nudge. Top notch business and very customer oriented! Love the texture of the shirt but I ordered the wrong size. Lots of details that aren't important but what IS important is the customer service representative, Ardie, who assisted me. Polite, professional and patient...an asset to the company, for sure! I will be ordering more!

Scammed me out of European VAT.
They charged me VAT (20% for Europe) which they DID NOT PAY, so I had to pay both the customs taxes (12% on top of that) and VAT which was 20% on top of that, so they just pocketed my VAT and did nothing.
