It doesn't seem to do updates frequently. It looks very outdated. The minimum limit for withdrawing is too big.

Jamendo is an amazing site which I love so much, it has given me so much confidence in my beat making and through their synclicensing program I have started making some from my beats, even though their percentage can still be improved. Finally their I.T crew is very swift and efficient and their quick response to emails is something I really appreciate.

The prompt attention I recently received from the Jamendo support team about a glitch in the listen/download counter was outstanding. Overall, the Jamendo site has proven to be an outstanding platform to host and provide music to the public.

I have been a composer of music on Jamendo since 2016. Everything was great and I enjoyed working with them.
But for the last 3 months they just don't pay me money. Music is my main income and I need my hard earned money. Every week I write them emails but they respond with the pattern "we understand your dissatisfaction...please wait a little longer". They don't describe the problem or say exactly what happened.
I want clients to know that the money you pay for licenses to Jamendo doesn't go to the author of the music. Jamendo, I hope you see this and finally answer my letters not with a template, but with a clear and intelligible answer when I need to wait for my money.

Miałem już różne firmy, lecz Jamendo mogę każdemu polecić, przynajmniej jako muzykę w tle lokalu. Niestety zdarza się, iż poszczególne utwory są odtwarzane z różną głośnością , co wiąże się z częsta regulacja głośności.

Haben jetzt seit einem Jahr Jamendo. Haben über pünktlich bezahlt, trotzdem wurden wir gekündigt und abgemahnt! Der Kundenservice meldet sich nicht. Schade unser Geld, hoffe meine Rechtschutz übernimmt das! Und wir bekommen unser Geld oder die Leistung!

Ich habe im Dezember 2022 einen Titel bei Jamendo gekauft, um ihn in meinen Youtube-Intros zu verwenden.
Da ich mir unsicher war, welche Lizenz hierfür am besten geeignet ist, habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt.
Dieser antwortete recht schnell und freundlich und ich kaufte die empfohlene Lizenz.

Als ich anschließend den Titel in meinen Videos benutzte gab es von Youtube sofort einen Copyright Claim. Ich habe mich mit dieser Thematik über einen Zeitraum von 4 Wochen drei Mal an den Kundenservice von Jamendo gewandt und leider noch nicht einmal eine einzige Reaktion erhalten.

Ergebnis ist, dass ich bei meinen täglichen Uploads den Einspruch gegen den Copyright Claim immer wieder erheben muss. Nervige Mehrarbeit.

Es entsteht bei mir der Eindruck, dass der Kundenservice engagiert ist, wenn man Geld ausgeben möchte, jedoch keinerlei Hilfestellung bietet, wenn hinterher Probleme entstehen.

Sehr traurig.
