Hi Singh,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
The product you ordered is advertised with an estimated 10–15 working day lead time, which was correct at the point of purchase.
I understand you’ve contacted us to request a more specific delivery date, and while this wasn’t immediately available, our team has been in regular contact with the manufacturer to obtain an update for you. I can assure you this was not forgotten.
I’m pleased to confirm that your order is due to be dispatched tomorrow, with delivery expected on Friday 17th April.
This means it remains within the stated lead time.
We truly value your business and regret that your experience so far hasn’t met the standard of service we aim to provide.
If you have any questions in the meantime, or if there’s anything further, we can assist with once your delivery arrives, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 0333 700 1111, or replying back to our emails to you.
Kind regards
JJRS
Roofing materials arrived promptly
Roofing materials arrived promptly, though we weren't notified of the delivery date, as far as I'm aware. The only issue we have is that the ridge is black and the Coroline sheet is brown, whereas it should all have been brown. I intend to use it anyway.

Dear Mark,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We’re pleased to hear that your roofing materials arrived promptly, though we’re sorry to learn that the delivery date notification was not clear ; this is something we’ll review to improve our communication going forward.
We also apologise for the colour mismatch between the ridge and the Coroline sheet. This clearly wasn’t as expected, and we understand how frustrating that can be, even if you’ve decided to proceed with using the materials.
Please don’t hesitate to contact our team if you’d like us to look into this further.
Thank you again for raising this with us. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve our service for the future.
Kind regards

Items were as ordered
Items were as ordered, well packaged, no major damage and delivery was very prompt. The delivery driver was very helpful and took away the packaging. One of the tiles had a minor manufacturing blemish and some had very minor chips on their edges, although superficial in nature and wont affect their appearance once installed. Great service

Resposta da JJ Roofing Supplies
Dear Luca,
We’re sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in the condition expected. We take product quality very seriously, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
As per our terms and conditions, we issued a full refund for all items reported as damaged. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a partial refund of your delivery charge. While we do not typically refund delivery costs in the case of partial damage to products, we made this exception to reflect our dedication to customer satisfaction.
We always aim to handle concerns fairly and in line with our policies, and we’re disappointed that you feel this was not resolved satisfactorily.
We have contacted you directly via email today, to discuss further.
