Hi Paul,
Thank you for your feedback.
As previously communicated, our courier network currently covers UK Mainland deliveries only. In this instance, we were able to offer delivery to a mainland port of your choice, allowing you to arrange onward transportation.
We appreciate that this solution was not suitable for your requirements and, in response, proceeded with a full refund.
We’re sorry we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion, but we do hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future.
Kind regards,
JJ Roofing Supplies
Excellent service and good value
Jamie was very helpful in checking that JJ Roofing Supplies could obtain the correct flashing kits for an assortment of Velux windows that I have. Delivery was quick and efficient. Have used JJ Roofing before and will use again if I need any further Velux products.

The customer service is exceptional!
Their customer service is exceptional. There was an issue with my order and they went out of their way – truly above and beyond – to sort it out so that my job could proceed as planned. They were simply amazing and such a rarity these days. I would absolutely recommend them and cannot thank them enough for their supreme efforts. It was all dealt with very swiftly, professionally and without fuss.

Dear Fiona
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We would like to clarify that the delivery charge applied to this order was £12.95, not €70. This is displayed at checkout and on the order confirmation.
We have contacted you directly to explain this, as the statement regarding delivery charges in your review is inaccurate.
Transparency is very important to us, and we would welcome the opportunity to resolve any remaining concerns directly.
Kind regards
JJRS
