Josh & Jake from the roofing team attended our property today to conduct a roof inspection as we had some concerns about a major leak. They ended up just fixing the roof on the spot for us which was a HUGE relief as another company had quoted a 6 month wait to complete the work (after we had to pay them a fee to inspect the issue). The final bill also came in SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other company. We are so relieved to have the roof fixed so quickly and in only one visit. Josh & Jake, thank you so much! We have nothing but good things to say about JML as previous customers from the plumbing side can confirm their roofing branch is just as great.

Bought the double zapper, absolutely useless. Customer service ignore you when trying to organise returns and don’t let you leave a review on the product page. Terrible company and product

Avoid this company. Purchased sunglasses and paid for postage. Definitely not as advertised Everythingsbout the advert was misleading and smaller than advert. When I requested a return and refund was advised to return at my own cost and via Royal Mail 2nd class and I was told in the post office this woud be £4.85. Don't waste your time. RN RMA183656....

Didn’t know if these glasses would be any benefit but tried them out yesterday as it was sunny and I was really Pleased with them.There was a lot less glare from the sun reflecting off other cars and made driving a lot better.Well worth the money.

I bought a pair of PolaOptics HD bifocal sunglasses from this company and they are truly brilliant I really cannot believe how good they are the company itself delivered their goods in good time and in good condition and I'm very pleased all round.

Double zapper I purchased was returned as the only thing it caught was a layer of dust. Also had to pay for the shipping which I begrudge.

Ordered the PolaOpticsHD sunglasses on a Friday afternoon, and received them at lunchtime the following Wednesday. They seem to be of good quality, plus cutting-out 'glare' very well. I was also pleased that I could 'track' delivery of the parcel, via "Royal Mail".

Order extra filter for Chillmax Air Pure Chill v2.0 what I got didn’t match what was on display on their site.

I bought a hero duster and the small duster broke after one use I rang customer services spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful and they sent me a new one love the product easy to use would recommend

I bought the zen feet unit from Amazon, it worked OK for 2 days.
The battery life was about 10 minutes.
The unit then failed, I could hardly feel it on full power although fully charged.
I contacted Amazon who told me that I had to pay to return it, also I would only recieve a partial refund.
This left me feeling "What's the bloody point?"

I have had one of the solar security lights before it lasted years and I could not fine any in stores so jml direct came to the rescue so easy to order and very quick delivery and the light is fantastic great value for money

I have bought several items from JML and as yet not received a bad item and the delivery has been very good too I am sure I will purchase more items in the future

I have brought 2 of the zappars .for catching flies etc only tried one total waste of money doest do what it's meant 2 do can't send them back because ive thrown away the larger box that they originally came in
