Ordered what I wanted, arrived quickly, seems to do the job.

Fantastic sunglasses, love the design and comfort. Delivery was good and no damage.

I bought the mosquito flying insects and cockroach,ants and things.
Delivery spot on.
Changed it up and had it turned on and for the 3and bit days and nights 1 fly.
Kitchen had lots of flys.

I purchased the Belvia Bra.....I bought 2 @£19.99 each and got a 3rd Free!
I ordered 2 XL and 1 XXL.
NO WAY ARE THEY THE SIZE THE CLAIM THEM TO BE!
THE XL is more like a small/medium and the XXL is more a medium.
My own fault as I trusted them to be the size I ordered, had a quick look in the box and put them away, ( why, oh why didn't I take them out!! They have the size stamped on them, which is my view is TOTALLY INACCURATE AND THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM SELLING THESE. Lesson learned, £40 down the drain as I was obviously to late to return them. NO MORE BUYING FROM JML!

I am new to the website but I looked through the website. They have some good stuff.

Zen feet mat WEAR SOCKS DONT PUT BARE FEET ON mat it feels like a shock with bare feet it feels like a massager with socks on hope this helps don’t use if you have pacemaker hip replacement heart condition epilepsy etc basically not for anyone who could be hurt with a electric pulse in multiple settings like a abb trainer belt same thing but for your feet

My last purchase was two chirping birds for my cats, they both love them. I have also purchased an insect zapper so far I have zapped no insects. Delivery has been good.

Order arrived promptly and in good condition and in good time. The zapper has taken its time after 2 days it has zapped one fly so fay!

Magic stitch hand sewing machine, Avoid wasting money on this thing firstly the needle doesn't lift high enough then even with a proper power supply it doesn't have enough power to sew two pieces of thin plain cloth togather, it will however stitch a line on a bit of A4 paper if that's all you need lol 👎

I bought a Rotorazer Garden Multi Tool Pro i saw it on QVC and it was from JML because it was cordless, mower, trimmer,and edger and the price was right for me. I got my Son to try it out for me and we had a problem because we could not order extra Grass cutting wires which we needed for cutting grass.

Door net to stop flies, insects and so on, not that great. Curtain net of good quality but the fixing tape, Velcro absolutely useless. Would not reconmend this to anyone.

Easy to order prompt delivery well packed

I did not receive my parcel,
I paid for next day delivery, and I have never received it ,
when I telephoned them to ask why, I was told oh it will come the delivery people must have a reason,
I was given £4-00 refund, for the next day delivery delay, but I paid £6-00 for my delivery, I then asked if I could cancel my parcel, and have a refund, I am still waiting for nearly 2-weeks later, I do know that this company have received my parcel back because I have been told by the delivery company , when none of this is my fault why have they not given my refund sooner ,
I am not very happy, and do not understand the delay,

Ordering and payment was ok but the delivery was rubbish. It took 3 attempts to even find my house. Which should have been a doddle as I live on a busy Rd into Birmingham. Then my order was split into 2 and DHL temporarily lost one of the parcels then when it did arrive half the contents were missing as the box was split open. I will never buy from these people again as they don't care a bit once they have your cash. And I'm still waiting for the missing parts. All in all a very bad experience

Easy to order, good communication, fast delivery.
Good quality goods at reasonable prices.
The bifocal sun glasses are 1st class will be ordering a spare pair.

To be honest, its an instument of torture, ive never felt anythng so painful that is supposed to help you relax, its comical really, but definately not for me

The Rotorazer didn't work properly. No joy from JML. Told me to send it back by cheapest 2nd class postage. However, Post office said it was too big for 2nd class, it would have to go by parcelforce. Cost me £13.60 to return an item costing £69.!

I expected 3 pair of glasses as per the TV advert. only 2 arrived so I feel a bit cheated.
