Advertised as next day delivery

Advertised as next day delivery, but a week later not even despatched. No reply from their customer service. Their website still says next day delivery!

Re: the reply below, I did NOT order a Barisieur 2.0, I ordered a Barisieur which still says next day delivery on the website. I did NOT order a black Grinder and I haven't received any emails from you.

Can you email me directly please and then I can share my order number. I emailed your customer service on 14/12. Thanks

I can't understand why the company…

I can't understand why the company would send me an email bragging that they ship the product same day. Well it took six days to get a trackign number and UPS has reported for the last 10 days that they don't have the package. So . . . maybe someday I'll get the coffee maker?

What great customer service!

What great customer service! I bought the Groove Compact and was very happy with the product but then started having some issues where it wouldn't grind the coffee. I contacted the company and they let me know it was an issue with the motor and sent out a replacement product soon after. They were easy to communicate with and resolved this issue swiftly. I would highly recommend!

Stylish design, great customer service, but ultimately lacking in build quality.

This company treats its customers very well and does all it can do to try and make things right when problems occur, but sadly the Clearbrew moka pot feels flawed in design and build quality.

The handle bent under the weight of the full pot, the cheap plastic connection towards the lid broke and the fixings of the metal and glass have distorted and broken after less than a few weeks of light use.

An apology and replacement was swiftly sent out when politely reported, but the replacement suffers from the same issues, even with the added caution and care, so this product sadly will not get another chance from me.

Pretty poor customer service, and no product received

They have had constant delays that I only found out about when I checked their website. I get that there are issues in production and sourcing materials, but they never notify you and rarely respond to emails that you send to customer support.

To provide a bit of context, I bought a coffee maker in March which was advertised to be delivered in August, and now their site is saying that it will be sent in December.

I would not recommend buying anything from them -- go with a more established business that will actually give you what you ordered or provide you with updates at the very least.

Fantastic products and great customer service

I absolutely love my new Barisieur alarm clock. Such a clever gadget and a great talking point when visitors come over. The Joy Resolve customer service has been outstanding with any questions I have had.

Love waking up with the Barisieur | Excellent customer service

I would recommend everyone who loves a drip coffee in the morning to purchase the Barisieur alarm clock :) Waking up to the smell and sound of coffee brewing is a great way to start the day!

Since November 2022, I have been using the Barisieur alarm clock every morning. The design is flawless and waking up is so much easier than before. A fantastic feature is the possibility to start brewing 5min. before the alarm sounds. First, the smell and sound of the coffee brewing start to wake me, then the he actual alarm sound (however, this beeping alarm would not be my choice; I would suggest to add several alarm sounds/ tunes in any future models).

When suddenly there was a crack in the induction coil after 1.5 year of usage, Joy Resolve offered me a free base replacement. Customer service was very quick and helpful, and I am happy that the issue is now resolved without any extra costs!

I purchased a moka pot from joy…

I purchased a moka pot from joy resolve. I was advised that it would reach me in the last few days of March. It did not. I looked on Amazon and found they sold it for two dollars less than I paid and it would arrive the next day. I decided to buy a cheaper brand that seemed to have the features of the joy resolve pot. The joy resolve pot finally showed up at the end of April. I kept receiving emails that it was on its way from Utah. It did come from Utah. When I downloaded the information about returning it said I would have to return it to England and pay for the shipping. During the whole process I sent several emails to joy resolve with no reply. All the emails I got were from the shipper

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear your frustration here. Firstly there is clearly a mix-up here regarding the return address being England. We have a warehouse in Utah and would have wanted you to return it to that warehouse, we must have sent you the wrong return address by accident. Sorry about that! We can rectify this if you are still struggling.

In terms of getting you the product, we sold out quickly, so we were having stock issues at the time and can only thank you for your patience. We tried our best to communicate the delays via email; sometimes, emails may end up in spam. Apologies if that was the case!

Please confirm if this has been resolved when you get a moment, if not I will make it my mission to sort ASAP!

Great quality, a little bit of luxury

Very happy with my Groove Compact grinder and Clearbrew moka pot- they're both excellent quality, really satisfying to use, and the battery in the grinder seems to last ages. They make really nice coffee, and feel like a little bit of luxury. Very pleased.

Hi I ordered to coffee cups on arrival one was broken I emailed with pictures of broken one the service was excellent emailed straight back to me to say we will send another one no problem at all excellent service I recommend absolutely thank you

True customer service

Where do I begin, The Joy Resolve caught my wife’s eye during the holidays and I was immediately thrilled to give her that as a gift. While purchasing we were out of town in New Jersey but when we came back to Miami that’s when all this intense moments happen involving a firearm in my community in which had to alter our lives instantly. We relocated immediately and had all our mail forwarded to our new location. In the midst of all of our chaos we lost over 15 packages of valuables that my wife and I purchased throughout the holiday, one of them being our MokaPot. I emailed all of the companies our orders were with letting them know we changed our address although everything should’ve been forwarded like everything else but this tracking number was the main one I was keeping my eye on. I reach out to JoyReslove with plenty of time to let them know my situation but it fell through the cracks somehow and It got delivered to a wrong address in tried to catch them en route , I even went to the location it got delivered minutes after it got dropped off and of course “they didn’t see anything” ,I called UPS, I emailed them, and nothing. Finally I reached back out to JoyResolve themselves they helped get me in contact with a specialist to resolve my case and I couldn’t believe the level of elevated customer service I experienced. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 20 years with American Express but Emily from JoyReslove went above and beyond and really understood my circumstance on how clear the message was and delivered exceptional customer service skills communicated efficient and effectively. The most important part is that Emily and Josh really made this horrible experience turn around into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Reordering my order is great and expected but this every lasting impression is what it’s all about, well done JoyResolve l can’t wait to receive it and I’ve been telling all my friends and family on how great my experience was firsthand. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

RETURN REQUESTS IGNORED - Coffee machine doesn't work!

It has been over 10 days since I first asked for a return of a faulty machine within my 14 days of purchase. The machine doesn't make coffee. It pours hot water over some granules. I tried their coffee and other brands and the machine makes a weak (almost clear) coffee. The only way to make it drinkable is with instant coffee already in the glass. So then you're paying almost £400 for a glorified single cup kettle that you have to clean every day. Produced mildly flavoured water at best. I have emailed customer services 5 times so far! AVOID. Now having to instruct a charge back through my bank! Not worth the headache.

Solid build and great coffee

When my order hadn't arrived within a few days I contacted customer services and they were quick to respond and the very next day it arrived. Solid build, great coffee and it looks good. I particularly like watching my coffee 'spout' into the glass top.

Horrible Customer Support, change your order...

I was looking forward to receiving this product. However upon ordering my Barisieur the "customer support" took it upon themselves to change my order and send me a different voltage Barisieur. Without notifying me and it sent, now for me to get what I had actually ordered I must send back their mistake and wait longer and deal with the hassle of reshipping.

If you are unable to fulfill the order from your US warehouse then how come this is an option on your US website.
