Your instructions on plug assembly could be clearer.The plug supplied was a 2 pin that fitted into a uk plug adapter

I love my Barisieur. Looks cool and makes lovely tea. Haven’t tried making coffee in it yet. The only annoying thing is it makes such a small cup of tea! I bought a second cup so I could have a second one brewing whilst I drank the first one, but that’s a bit tricky to do as the flask is hot!

Would recommend both the product and the company.

I have had my eye on the Barisieur since it started and I was so happy when I managed to get one recently! Not only does it look great, but having a coffee alarm clock has transformed my mornings! The Joy Resolve team have also been so great throughout and answered any questions I’ve had!

This is one of those gadgets that you will never want to miss again once you have one. From lazy mornings making cups of tea (keep a bottle of water next to the bed), or a cup of coffee to get going quickly on those in-the-office days, even making endless cups of hot water with lemon when being poorly - mine has done it all. And it's got a customer service to match it's excellence. There when you need them.
