The whole barn was well equipped with good quality equipment. Especially the kitchen. The outside seating area was great and the garden excellent especially with all the lavender against the Cotswolds stone.

Excellent stay at Northridge Hall and Cottage. I was wary about the £1000 cautionary deposit, however, I did get it back in full after the stay. Beautiful property - amazing weekend!

Excellent service, wonderful property and hosts
Very efficient and friendly service from Kate & Tom’s and outstanding proactive hospitality from our hosts at The Willows, which was the most perfect venue for a family celebration. The house still feels like the family home it once was, is very well equipped, has a wonderful garden and swimming pool and is in a beautiful area of Sussex: heartily recommended.

The house was even better than the photographs. The pool was very warm and so was the air temperature. The garden was very well maintained.

Superb Accommodation
The house is a substantial, secluded property, offering large family group's ideal accommodation.
The presentation of the house is impressive, clean, with quality fittings and equipment, superb ground floor entertaining rooms and comfortable bedrooms. Complimented by large gardens, pool, hot tub etc, all tastes are covered.
We were a family of eleven, ages ranged from sixteen to eighty, four cars, one Labrador, all were accommodated very comfortably.
The Owner, organised arrival, departure answered questions in a very friendly and professional manner.
The best recommendation I can give is, we will return.

Beautiful house with amazing grounds
This is a beautiful house with amazing grounds. Everything exceeded our expectations - bedrooms were beautiful, kitchen and living spaces were spacious and comfortable - and we had a very happy weekend there. The people we dealt with at Kate & Tom's were very responsive and helpful to any questions. I highly recommend them.
Our only negative comment is that there is no recycling at the property which was disappointing and we found ourselves taking away glass and plastic bottles so we could recycle them. It felt a little irresponsible not to be providing even simple recycling facilities.

Hidden gem of property sites! Amazing properties on here at great rates, and a super supportive team to make sure all your needs are met. I hired Pedington Manor for my sister’s Hen and it was PERFECT. Fab experience from start to finish, and the house was simply amazing. A wonderful and most memorable stay❣️
After spending much time looking for a place to celebrate my 70th birthday, we booked Laurelbank House in the Cotswolds as it ticked most boxes for our family requirements. Despite booking quite late, staff at Kate & Toms were super helpful and things fell into place for us. We enjoyed a most memorable stay with our close family for 3 nights at this beautiful house. We were able to have extended family members to join us for several hours on the Saturday for a buffet lunch and garden games afternoon, making it even more special.
The property is well equipped and comfortable. Comfortable lounges and plenty of dining facilities. We specifically booked this house as it had 4 en suite bedrooms, two other bedrooms & a good sized shared bathroom. Our grandchildren loved it and have asked when we are going back to “the big house” in the Cotswolds.
We were very lucky with the weather so we were able to use the pool, hot tub, play rounders, badminton, boules etc, etc enjoying the spacious gardens. The children also loved the trampoline (we never left them without an adult) and the swings. For us, it was the perfect house and garden for a family gathering.
I accidentally left our grandson’s pack of playing cards thinking they belonged to the house as they have a good supply of indoor games too, and a toddler’s special plate. On contacting Kate & Toms, they were in touch with the owners and we received both back in the post, - thank you so much.
A wonderful and most memorable stay.
