We rented a large home for a weekend in July. Everything from the initial inquiries to the follow up was really well communicated. Our accommodation was absolutely beautiful, and would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful house
Beautiful house, so well maintained. Grand, huge but very homely. The gardens are vast and beautifully maintained. So many gorgeous places to explore. And the tennis court was brilliant! The outside eating areas and barbecue are top notch. The separate swimming pool is truly amazing! Large and beautiful so hours of fantastic fun for all the family! Highly recommend this excellent place and the superb staff that manage and maintain it!

Undisclosed helicopter take offs and landing all day Sunday within 100m
The property was good, with nice facilities although the living room walls were peeling which was not very pleasant. The housekeeper was effective and friendly. However we had not been told about the helicopter rides all day Sunday that took place every 30 mins about 100m from our house. We are angry about that non-disclosure as it would likely have put us off renting the house.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay. Everything was perfect. From setting up the beds for each individual. The children loved the toys, books and bedthrows. We had problems with the aircon but Maggie came round instantly and helped fix it for us. The house had everything we needed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. What the house supplies is fantastic as well as access to the beach. What more could you want?! The kitchen is more than fully equipped. We were over the moon. It was an 80th we will never forget. Thank you ever so much.

Wonderful house for a family stay
We stayed at The Willows ( the disguised name of the house) near Ditchling for a family weekend. It was a beautiful home with a great pool, lots of outdoor space, and a games room. The house has been modernised to a very high standard. There was lots of space inside. There were thirteen of us, but I think it would have taken a few more. Natalie and her brother are the owners and look after the place most helpfully. Wonderful views to Ditchling Beacon and lots to do in that part of Sussex. Strongly recommended.We were able to stay till 4pm on Sunday which was a bonus. The house is set back from the road. It could do with stronger signage, as we all missed it before our initial t arrival.

Star Hill Manor, it's just pure magic!
Star Hill Manor was where our simple but out of this world, dream wedding weekend celebrations were fulfilled. The place is just pure magic with a whispering gentle soul that should be voiced louder than the pics do it justice .
We are truly truly soooo grateful to Sunny for helping us organize our dream weekend away with our loved ones. She really was absolutely brilliant with communication, answering any of our queries and also giving us detailed options on food venues and local sites and sounds for us to enjoy while we would be staying at the manor. Would highly recommend this place and the team who run it. Weekend wasn't long enough, of course .
The beautiful large property with immaculate rooms, outstandingly enormous kitchen and all its facilities, the hot tub where we spent many a starry night and lazy afternoons with bubbles in hand and just the most awesome views from every window of the house - were only some of the highlights which make this place worth every penny !
Thankyou once again to the team for everything they did to make our stay unforgettable.

The house was great , tons of room . Two dishwashers , such a help because we are a large family group. The pool was great we used it a lot.
It was nice to have milk and treats waiting for us .

Another great holiday!
We have booked through Kate and Tom's for many years and have found them to be excellent every time. Responsive and helpful with a really good range of properties. Most recently we stayed in a large house in Norfolk and it was perfect for our needs. Will definitely book again next year.

The whole barn was well equipped with…
The whole barn was well equipped with good quality equipment. Especially the kitchen. The outside seating area was great and the garden excellent especially with all the lavender against the Cotswolds stone.
