50th Birthday weekend
We booked Marine View for a weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. The booking process was very simple.
The location for the house is spot on, a 10 minute walk into the harbour and restaurants.
Each room having its own en-suite was an added bonus giving each guest their own privacy arranged over two floors. The house itself was clean and spacious, nicely decorated throughout. Perfect for our 12 guests.
Great communication from both Tom&Kate and the owner. Paul the owner met us on arrival and showed us around the downstairs. He was friendly and stopped for a chat when we would bump into him walking down to the harbour.
The deposit was returned in the time specified. A great stay and would definitely use Tom&Kate again if we go away as a large group. Thank you for a great stay!

Kate and Toms were great and would highly recommend. I would defiantly book with them again. They have a great selection of houses on the website. The customer service has been amazing, whenever I needed to speak to them they have answered my questions either straight away or got back to me very promptly.
The house was amazing, the pictures did not do it justice we were so surprised. The owner was great at communication before hand and on arrival and met us to go through everything. We said we would go back to this house again!

Stinchcombe Hill 50th birthday
Stayed at the wonderful Stinchcombe Hill House via Kate & Toms. We needed to find a venue for 23 guests with a bit of wow factor and it fitted the bill perfectly. Booking process through K&T was simple and everyone was very helpful and polite.

Came out top
Spent a long time trawling various companies trying to find a holiday let that would fit the bill. Kate & toms came out top with the details and photos of somewhere that was just the job. They were also quick to answer various questions and also to find out the answers from the owners when not able to give a direct reply
Th only reason this company didnt get the 5 stars was because when I requested to pay by credit card I was told I could not do so but on the instruction for deposit return it was obvious (and confirmed) that this could have happened. Could have made a bid difference to my CC cash back!

Nethergrove Grove House was excellent
Nethergrove Grove House was excellent, ideal location and our host Rosie could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. We were a party of 17 from a new born to an 90 year old, we had the best time. The facilities were excellent and I would highly recommend for similar family gatherings

Trustworthy and seamless booking company!
We booked out Liverpool stay with Kate and Toms
They’re trust worthy, responsive, good value and most of all just genuine!
We had 2 rearranges due to unforeseen circumstances and the booking team swapped the houses with no issues at all.
Dawns property was absolutely amazing, well equipped, well looked after and well hosted!

Family get together
Halula Oasis.
Communication was always polite and friendly
Website was informative , although photos of the house were about a year out of date...that may have been the house owners fault for not updating- not sure. They were updated as soon as i mentioned to owner .
But it meant we booked a house expecting one type of swimming pool and had a completely different , not very child friendly ,pool in a shipping container..
It could sometimes take days to get a reply from someone about queries, and different guest services staff sometimes cross with replies which isnt helpful.
And 7 days after our holiday I had to chase the return of my deposit - it landed into my bank a few hours later . Perhaps it had been overlooked? We left it very clean and tidy.
It was a nice house, but by the end of our break we had an extensive list of niggles . I conveyed all of them, very politely, including a mouldy, unusable washing machine that we tried to clean , to the owners, but never received a reply. Maintenance gave us a roll of tape to cover a big sharp chip on the edge of the cracked glass hob.
The noise / pool and hot tub use policies of Halula properties are also severely limiting amd should be given more emphasis when you advertise their properties. It was just about ok for us, although we would have used the hot tub ( quietly) after 9 pm....but not allowed
I have no idea how this works for hen parties 🤣
We did have a fab break, but the house needs to be maintained a lot better than it is. Attention to detail is everything.

Polpier was a wonderful spacious house
Polpier was a wonderful spacious house. Pool room, table tennis, disco perfect for a family from 7 to 77. And tennis, heated pool and croquet outside.
We loved the garden. And that we could help ourselves to the produce.

We had a wonderful family holiday with grandparents, children and grandchildren enjoying the brilliant facilities - hot tub, gym, tennis court but especially the pool, which was in constant use. The house had everything you could wish for and prior to our stay the staff at kate and tom's were very helpful and answered any queries straight away. 5 stars all round!

The Barn was amazing, it was furnished beautifully and set in gorgeous, peaceful and well kept surroundings. The beds were so comfortable too.

Wye House
Booking was simple. Communication with Kate and Toms was clear and uncomplicated.
