Magical family week in the Willows
We had an unforgettable week at The Willows, East Sussex during May half term.
The house and garden were stunning. Fresh flowers and a very generous welcome hamper left for us on arrival. The house owners checked in before we arrived to see if there was anything particular we needed and made sure we were set up really well.
We were very lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool all week - having the pool changing room nearby and lots of pool towels really helped.
The summer house and all the games were also a massive bonus plus well stocked children's toys and a well appointed kitchen.
It's an easy walk into nearby Ditchling and lots of things to do nearby but honestly we hardly left the house as it was a chance for three generations of family to spend a lovely week together and have enough room to take space when needed.

Perfect stay.
Perfect stay.
Everything at the property was as described. Rosie met us on arrival and she sorted out the only slight issue with a tap within minutes.
We used the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and played the outdoor chess.
Rosie recommended Kendale catering for our BBQ and Ricci did not disappoint.
All of us had a wonderful time at Eastwood Observatory and were able to visit local places including Herstmonceaux and Battle.
The icing on the cake was the perfect weather over a Bank Holiday weekend.

If you are looking for the perfect house for a big gathering look no further, Starhill Manor has got it all. The house is stunning with super comfy beds and the best equipped kitchen. The house is beautifully decorated, with a real attention to detail that makes it feel both stylish and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We had the most amazing stay, thank you.

The Manor House, Middle Littleton
A beautiful house which was well equipped to cater for the 20+ people we had staying. Communication with Kate & Tom's was easy with prompt replies to any questions. We didn't take advantage of the other services offered over the weekend but I have no doubt these would have been equally good

Kate & Toms are beyond excellent
Kate & Toms are beyond excellent. The staff, the care, the way they went out of their way to help me make my weekend perfect. Not to mention the incredible property in perfect condition, even more beautiful than the pictures could show and the great property manager nearby too. I’m going to be using them a lot in the future and now want to scream their name from the rooftops in hopes of blessing them half as much as they blessed me!

A great house in Ilfracombe for our…
A great house in Ilfracombe for our group of 11. Truly as per the description on the web site. Ideal location with off road parking. Easy walk into town but uphill to get back. Great little pub opposite. All in all it was 1st class.

We had a fabulous time staying in Aberford
We had a fabulous time staying in Aberford for a hen weekend. The house was lovely, very clean and modern and Louise was easily contactable and made sure we were comfortable when we arrived. The booking process with Kate&Toms was very straightforward and the team were always quick to respond to emails and queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely book with them again in the future.

Great service from Kate & tom's and property was stunning
We used kate & tom's to book Stinchcombe House in the Cotswolds for a multi-generational family celebration (90th birthday), and it was absolutely perfect. The house was amazing — beautifully presented, spacious, and finished to a very high standard, with everything we needed.
It was ideal for bringing the whole family together, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together across all age groups. The setting and facilities helped make the occasion feel extra special, and the whole booking process was very smooth and professional.
I would highly recommend both Kate & tom's to anyone looking for a luxury group getaway in England or Wales for a family event or special occasion.

We stayed at Haula Gem Properties as a group of 16 for a weekend hen do, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was spotless, spacious and beautifully set up — it genuinely gave us everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, celebrate and enjoy the weekend without ever feeling cramped.
A special shoutout to Kate and Tom, who were absolutely amazing throughout the whole booking process. They kept us fully updated, provided all the details we needed and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. Their communication and friendliness really added to the experience.
