We have had Kelkoo as ads company to help us advertise.
The seller continues asking for higher budget to increase sells for 1 mounth and after that we could jump of straight. After we signed and they made tracking to work they started and it all showed that it was waste of money. Both me and the seller was known but we now had tested it. I did quit the agreement and after 20 days a new invoice showed up with the same spend as we had for test mounth. After talking to the seller he say he cant do anything about the contract and when i ask about our deal he just say look in the contract.. For knowledge the seller do not take any responsebility for the deal due to the contract value is higher.
For me they are scamers who want to tap out every singel penny without companies do profit.

Truly awful. Advertisers avoid.
Truly awful, awful experience. Activity went live without agreement and before tracking was in place. Spent an entire months budget in 2 days without permission. Very dubious traffic with insane bounce rates and miniscule session times, unlike we've seen through any other channel or platform we've used. No visibility on ad placements or traffic sources. No customer service to answer queries and resolve just consistent chaser emails and debt collection emails. Attempts to engage on any issues completely ignored. Purely on an effectiveness basis I would recommend advertisers to avoid Kelkoo but coupled in with the horrendous customer experience at the end I would say run a mile.

Where did I picked up this, I just do not know but Kelkoo carries on popping up shopping icons on my google search despite me removing adds from mozilla, this urged me to review them. They not doing so well so trying to increase clicking by cheating and popping up stupid adverts on elderly people browsing.
How do I know it is them because I can just look at the html codes that reveal to where those coming from.

Terrible experience with Kelkoo, Beware!
Terrible experience with Kelkoo. Beware! I signed up for a 1 month contract to get visits to our website and they were supposed to optimize our advertising campaign during the month so that we get sales and then renew with them.
As soon as the campaign launched, the account manager left / quit and they fumbled around on our account for several weeks, not verifying the tracking pixel properly and not optimizing the account.
I asked them to cancel because of this and they said we are locked into a contract.
Now they are asking for more money above the contract amount ,even though they had a service failure, and are threatening me with legal action over a small amount and appear to be unwilling to compromise at this point, even though I offered them several compromises.
Beware of Kelkoo!

We apologise for any confusion caused through the change in account manager however, we are now proud to have a very qualified and stronger team working with us, tracking their merchants’ campaigns daily and regularly liaising with them to ensure our clients are 100% happy with our services. We now make it a priority to answer any of our merchants’ queries within 24 hours to ensure their campaigns are running smoothly.
We cannot speak for the contract you took out at the time however, now we only work on the terms of 1 month rolling contracts meaning there is no minimum time frame contracts operating through Kelkoo Group anymore. You can find out more on our website: www.kelkoogroup.com

I'm a current customer of KELKOO until today when we have at last caught them red-handed last night sending a huge batch of FAKE PPC traffic to the site in a 15-minute window...
We have documented evidence and this has been reported to Kelkoo this morning. We are demanding a refund of past few months.
Take this as a warning do not sign up with the LEGUIDE / KELKOO group of companies.

In recent years we have been working extremely hard to improve this and now have an excellent fraud detection system in place to ensure all of our publisher traffic is legitimate. As soon as we detect any fraudulent activity from any of our publishers, they are removed from our database and our clients are refunded the appropriate amount. Ik heb dezelfde bevindingen als anderen. Helaas. De clicks zijn voor 90% nep. Bounce rate van 95.52% sale percentage van 0% en Avg. Session Duration van 0:06 sec. En dat kwam doordat er 1 echte bezoeker is geweest.
Zonde van mijn tijd en geld.

Niet aan beginnen! Oplichters
Bouncepercentage is 85% en in 1,5 jaar 0% omzet! Doordat een collega dit in gang heeft gezet die kort daarna het bedrijf verlaten heeft, is dit lang onder de radar gebleven helaas. Wij proberen nu in contact te komen met Kelkoo maar er wordt niet gereageerd op mails.

Fake clicks, bad company, bad service, very impolite, unreliable.
There were a lot of ghost clicks, so it wasn't working at all. We wanted to stop but we had to obey the contract and keep advertising for another month, with again a lot of ghost clicks.
They refused to credit for the ghost clicks and they refused to send proof the clicks were real. Of course we protested and refused to pay, and while we were still discussing the issue they already hired a debt collector.
Our lawyer is very confident so let’s see them in court!

Absolutely click fraud!
No way to manage costs, just have to ask a slow reacting account manager for a report yourself and when you get that you will learn they where able to send more visitors than EVER to your website, but 0 conversions (ZERO!). So we just wasted 1000+ eur on a scam.

They charge for so-called traffic but the "traffic" does not give any customers. And is not cheap.

Very bad experience with Kelkoo. No conversion, click fraud, click jacking etc... they are fraud... don't use them... I wish i could give them minus star..

Terrible experience
We tried advertising. The account manager was difficult to reach in the beginning, but when we complaint he didn't replied to our emails or phone calls.
We got a lot of clicks, but almost zero conversion. We suspect click fraud, but cannot prove it yet.
Please be very carefull with this site.

Terrible Advertising Experience
I work for an online retailer and use many other price comparison engines to drive traffic to our website, all with a decent conversion rate and return on investment.
Kelkoo, on the other hand, deliver masses upon masses of non-converting traffic to us. We paused our account for over a year, but I was then convinced by their sales team to "give it another go" this year as they had apparently improved their service. Well, we tried it for 2 months, costing us over £5k and it generated a handful of sales at a conversion rate of 0.09%. Horrific. It can't be anything to do with our pricing etc. as all other price comparison traffic converts well.
I wonder about click fraud... they obviously claim this is impossible, but there must be a reason why their traffic is SO bad. DO NOT PAY TO ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCTS ON KELKOO. Use Shopzilla, Nextag, Idealo, Pricerunner or any of the other multiple options available to you.

Terrible website. Doesn't find much and is hard to use.
Most of the products found seem to be out of date. The price selection slider is a joke. Use one of the many other price comparison sites instead.
