The phone line kept breaking up and so it was difficult to have a meaning full conversation.

The advisor was Patient in listening to my concerns, Proactive in researching under what circumstance would a 12-month wait is imposed before one could re-apply an extension and Professional in advising on how I could get a 'Fair' Premium.

With just over 81 years left on my current lease, being able to actually speak to a human, at our prearranged appointment time, and to have a conversation whereby all of my questions were answered with such knowledge that it has helped me greatly to have confidence in my decision making and know how, and options, as to whether to extend my lease now, or to take a chance on new legislation currently being decided upon in the courts. Would absolutely recommend this service, to give you the ‘tools’ for your decision making!
